We loved staying here! This was the perfect home base for my wife and me to explore the coast south of Portland. It's not big, but we knew that going in, and it worked great for a cozy anniversary getaway without a lot of luggage. The place was spotless, and the host was extremely communicative and helpful. We visited in the fall and stayed comfortable thanks to the radiant heat and air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved being able to stock up on groceries and cook meals at the cottage. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks for a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s cottage. The cottage has everything you need and perfect for 2 people. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Was great to have the AC as we had some warm weather. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice. Enjoyed our time here. Very small, but had everything we needed. Used this rental as homebase as we went out and explored the area. Lots to do. We really enjoyed this area. Once you find the rental, it’s easy to come and go. It is in a community of other small rentals. The little community looks like a 1950s beach community. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing the rental.

Can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was at Jason’s cottage. Simple check-in, great communication w the host, house was clean and well-appointed. Plenty of towels and the on-site laundry was a huge plus. The a/c kept it comfy. Best part is how close it is to the beach! Definitely recommend!

This adorable cottage was just right for our needs. All of the rooms are quite tiny, but the space works surprisingly well. The kitchen has everything you need, including paper towels, dish soap, plastic wrap, all things you don’t want to buy while you’re on vacation. the couch and the bed were very comfortable. The TV was easy to operate. The shower stall is tiny, but provides a good shower. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It is so well appointed and tastefully decorated. The size was just right for two people. The air-conditioning came in handy during our stay as it was unseasonably warm. It is a short walk to the beach and we were there all the time. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fabulous. We needed to reach out to the owner for a couple of small things and he was very responsive. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this cottage. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Pine Point Cottage

This rental was perfect for a few day stay in Pine Point. Great location, loved the outdoor table for meals, and host has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely rent again!

This very cute cottage’s proximity to the beach was excellent. It had all the necessary amenities and very easy access at check in. The owner Jason was extremely gracious with all our requests. Would highly recommend this cottage.

The location of this cottage is excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach in a quiet residential area, this is what you're paying for. The cottage itself is good, but not great. With a few upgrades it could really shine. The shower is tiny, think broom closet. Even installing one of those curtain rods that curve outward would help, giving a few more inches of space in such a small shower would make a dramatic difference. Interaction with the manager (owner?) Jason was very good. There was a large bush near the cottage door, making entry and exit difficult. I texted him about this and two days later it was trimmed back! Thank you Jason.
