The home is located on Scenic Drive sitting high above the Salt Lake Valley along the East Bench in the Arcadia Heights neighborhood. We are located just East of Foothill Dr., north of Parley's Canyon (to Park City), and within walking distance to the infamous "H Rock" landmark.

It's an open, high-quality masterpiece, with sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley. The sunsets are to die for. It has easy access to hiking trails in Millcreek Canyon and to the infamous "H-Rock" which is within walking/biking distance. It's home to some nice new homes, a few magnificent mid-mods, and locals who appreciate both the finer things and the great outdoors. Quite simply, this Arcadia Heights neighborhood sits at the foot of all that is Utah wildlife summated, and it’s damn near next to godliness.
