Beautiful home and location. The lakeview from the home is extraordinary. The owner responded quickly to any messages sent. The dock could use cleats or poles for attaching your boat.

Great location for a family vacation.

The Round lake retreat had everything you need for an awesome family getaway. Sandy shallow lake entry, perfect for swimming. Close to many of the Upper Peninsula attractions.

Home away from home

Clean and comfortable property with lots of amenities and very helpful host. The lake is quiet and nice for swimming or boating. Lots of day trips that are easy to do from this location. We fully enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Great Cabin for Family Gathering

This is a great cabin! Very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sitting by the fire pit. Highly recommend staying here we hope to return again.

We had a great time here! Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Chris was excellent with communication and super helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great visit! The home is perfect for families. We have 4 children 18month - 14, sleeping arrangement was perfect! Host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Loved it

Beautiful location. The kids loved swimming, taking the kayaks out and exploring the lake shores for wildlife. Made a great day trip to Mackinac Island and a visit to Tahkuamena Falls. Chris was a great host.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Round lake retreat! The house was big enough for the 10 of us and clean. Chris the owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house

Mt family and I love round lake and we're so excited to find a place on it. We had a blast and the property is top notch. You won't find a better lake house then the round lake retreat!! Can't wait to go back!

Great vacation spot

This was a wonderful vacation spot. Clean and tidy home with all the amenities we needed. The lake is beautiful as well as the surrounding countryside. The owner communicated well with us. The home is centrally located to many of the attractions the U.P. has to offer.

Great cabin for North Manistique Lake

Beautiful cabin on a beautiful lake! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen (best we’ve ever had in a VRBO rental) with a large island/table that seats a lot of people. Chris was quick to respond to questions and made the whole checking-in and -out process easy. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation

This was a relaxing and beautiful getaway…just what our family was hoping for. Chris, the host, is absolutely wonderful to deal with and we would not hesitate to book with him again. The home was clean, and well setup for our party of 7. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Winter Wonderland

So grateful for Round Lake Retreat! He helped us out in a pinch and the property is amazing. It was a snowmobilers dream. My kids loved the atmosphere and were so comfortable there. Looking forwards to more winter trips to this location!

Awesome property

What an awesome place to stay! The house has a large commons area with plenty of sleeping space. We loved the seclusion and quietness while enjoying camp fires in the evening. Chris is an excellent host and was very responsive and available.
