You will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and tours all within a few steps. Sit out on one of three balconies and take in the street view while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We are right in the heart of the downtown shopping district and just across the street from the entrance to Georgetown's Harborwalk.
A 1150 square foot spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa. Perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home. A full size, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and convenient if you choose to cook. Kitchen also has a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and teas. A perfect spot for a family or romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Ginger's beautiful apartment! The apartment was meticulously clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the overall feel of the apartment was first class! With historic Georgetown right at the doorstep there was so much to see and do. Restaurants galore! All that, and the beautiful September weather made this a memorable getaway! Highly recommend!

The property was the perfect location to walk to all the downtown restaurants and stroll front street to shop. The accommodations were well thought out and nothing left unturned. The owner was prompt in her response with any questions I had,( how to connect to correct WiFi network.) We look forward to going back to Georgetown in the near future and will definitely book the hideaway!!!

Our stay at Ginger’s home was delightful! Beautiful home with everything we needed. Right in town so convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants. And it was very clean! I’d wholeheartedly recommend a stay there to anyone.

The apartment was well equipped with plenty of little extras- like coffee and fixings, little snacks, all the kitchen and bar equipment you could hope for. Everything was well decorated without being over the top. It is well situated in Georgetown within walking distance of shops and the waterfront. Only about a 30 minute drive to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach Park which was our reason to visit. The owner was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. We are recommending it to friends and family

This is an amazing space, in a great location, with wonderful hosts! We were able to enjoy close proximity to Georgetown restaurants, the historic neighborhood, and short drives to the sites in the area. Ginger and William were very accessible and responsive. The apartment is well stocked, bright and airy, and so, so comfortable. Thanks!

We recently purchased the building which also houses our business below, Doodlebugs Children's Finery & Gifts. My husband and I both grew up in Georgetown and we just love the feel of the downtown district. I am right downstairs most days during business hours should you need anything and always available by phone. We would love for you to visit our beautiful town!

The upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance and has been completely renovated with all new appliances and furnishings. We have worked very hard to make sure that it is comfortable and accommodating for all of your needs.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The best location downtown! We are right in the middle of the Historic District and the river is directly across the street. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and shops all within walking distance as well as several tours that will introduce you to the history of Georgetown. You truly can park your car, unload and not have to drive again until you are ready to leave.
