Note: Apart from short term stays this house is available for full 30-60 day stays and is perfect for you and your family members if you are hoping to relocate or have an extended stay by Lake Lanier.

This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is
Located just a short drive from Lake Lanier, the Mall of Georgia and important interstates to maximize you time spent in the beautiful peach state.

The Space:
To ensure easy check-in we have smart locks that allow you to access to access the suite with your unique code and for safety reason we provide detailed entry instruction the morning of arrival. We have private parking available for more then 5 cars as well as street parking.

Guest will have 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-sized beds, two twins, a futon to fit additional guests, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tools to cook your favorite meals, dining room table seating, smart TV and plenty of space to enjoy your time.

Working remotely:
We have a desk prepared in the living room and Google Wifi points to ensure you have coverage throughout the house for your stay.

Gentle reminder:
Absolutely no smoking inside of the house, no pets or parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for any violation of the house rules.

Other things to note:
There is a Nest smart doorbell in the front of the house, a Nest camera overlooking the front of the house and they are for security and safety purposes.

Great place to rent if you are looking to stay in Buford/Sugar Hill/Suwanee area We actually stayed in the home for a month while waiting on our new home to be ready. The landlord was extremely nice & takes good care of his property. It was a great place for us for an extended stay. Recommended!
