I reserved a unit on the fifth floor was of a higher price and I wanted it but I was assigned a unit on the fourth. On the website fourth floor was of a lesser price but I had already paid the higher rate. I will not stay at this property again ever not even for free

Thank you, Pete. We strive to make every guest's stay memorable and we did not achieve this for you. As I personally explained to you, we do not change any booking. What the guest books is what they receive. You booked a lower level, 3-bedroom unit with a slightly obstructed view. This is the unit that you received. These units are on the 3rd and 4th floors, as you were told via emails prior to your arrival as well as when I spoke with you on property. The 5th floor (or higher) was never an option based upon the unit that you yourself booked. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the unit that you chose and hope that your next vacation experience is a better fit for what you desire.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Staff were kind and helpful, unit was spacious and spotless with beautiful views of the Gulf, pool was so nice, gym is great, very convenient location.

The rooms were clean. The staff was exceptional! Our rooms faced the beach as advertised. The sunsets were gorgeous from the rooftop bar and pool. Definitely would recommend this place to our friends!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, management was friendly and the location was great. Beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.
