We had an amazing stay at Alden’s Retreat. It was clean, quiet, and had easy access to the beach. I’ve been dreaming about sitting on the porch and looking out over the Gulf.

Perfect location!

We have stayed at many homes and condos on LGI and this was by far our favorite due to proximity to the private boat dock and being on the beach.

Stunning spot. Everything you could need and views are spectacular. Had a few questions and team are VERY communicative. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great Location

Fresh paint, neat & clean. Could use new mattresses/box springs plus more comfy pillows for sleeping.

Sorry that the pillows did not suit you....the owner literally purchased all new bedding before renting, but perhaps he prefers firm pillows.

Quiet Paradise

We loved our time in this clean well furnished beach front home. We could step out the front door and onto the pristine beach. Sunsets were amazing from the front porch! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Collected hundreds of shark teeth on the beach. Our black lab loved having the beach and ocean as his front yard!

Enjoyable stay

The location of the house was perfect. It was beach front and the dock was just behind the house. This was very convenient for carrying groceries and luggage from the boat. The house had much character and charm, but could use some updating and minor repairs. Our 3 year was thrilled with the swings under the house. That was a nice surprise. There is only one bathroom on the upper level. The half bath on the ground level did not have a functioning toilet at the time of our stay. It was a great getaway and we did enjoy the stay.
