This three-bedroom condo, located at the end of its row on the garden level of Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offers a picturesque view of the resort. Summer Beach Village is adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton and mere minutes from downtown Amelia - a great place for a relaxing getaway!

Inside this ground-floor condo, you'll find an open living and dining room, a full kitchen, and even your own washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels at the end of the day. Enjoy free WiFi and cable TV for your evening entertainment, and access to a beautiful pool on the grounds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Family Vacay

We stayed here for a family vacation with our 3 teenage sons. It was a great accommodation- plenty of space, clean, and all the amenities. There were chairs for the beach. All the cooking utensils one would need. It was a little further from the beach than we expected but definitely within walking distance. I would recommend this accommodation! And would stay again!

503 Sailmaker not recommended.

Unit is pretty outdated and in need of paint job, especially in the master bedroom (pink). There was a an odor of cigarette smoke but was quickly resolved thanks to staff.

A little dated, but does the job

503 Sailmaker is a ground level unit just off the pool which is nice. It really needs some updating though, old furniture, dated decor, etc. Pretty old and dirty carpeting in the bedrooms...carpet at the beach is always an ish. Biggest concern for me was the black mold which indicates a water leak that isn't being addressed.

Nice Cozy Condo

Nice facilities and easy in-and-out. This condo is a little dated compacted to others at Sailmaker but it’s very comfortable and very nice.

Great location, could use new mattresses

Great location, steps from the 1/2 shaded pool with great trees, short walk down the path to the beach. Unit is simple and fine for a short stay with family, could really use some new mattresses that would be more comfortable and quieter for guests.

"Natural Habitat" for the bugs

Upon arrival, there were TONS of termite looking bugs in the master bedroom, master bathroom, and other bathroom. I cleaned them up as there were both dead and live bugs. Two additional times throughout the day, I had to clean up the bugs in the master bedroom and bathrooms. I went the next morning to get spray, but this still happened multiple times throughout the day. When I reached out to the local Vacasa company, they told me the bugs were in their natural habitat and nothing could be done. The property/house itself is NOT ocean view. You have to navigate through two parking lots and another complex in order to even see the ocean. There are huge trees surrounding this condo. The description definitely does not meet what is outlines, and the response from the people that could make a difference was not acceptable.
