We pride ourselves on a high standard of guest communication, so we apologize that you didn’t get a call back. We searched our phone logs for your number and didn’t find any incoming or outgoing calls. We also searched our messaging system and didn’t find anything, so we think that you might have called the Alii front desk, which is managed by Destination Hotels, and as such, doesn’t service private condos. We’re also sorry that you experienced roaches during your stay. Pests are a part of a tropical environment, and while regular treatments are performed, on occasion they find their way back in and we apologize for these concerns. Thank you for your feedback. We’re also sorry the safe wasn’t working upon your arrival, and we’re glad you received one the next day. We apologize for any angst or inconvenience in this regard. Upon a recent inspection we found all the lights in good working order and understand your frustration if the home was not well lighted for your stay. We also tested the microwave and after 3 cycles it did not fully pop a bag of popcorn and we will replace it. Thank you for your specific feedback on the microwave. We’re glad the a/c worked great for you and that you enjoyed the location.
