Great spot, right on the beach, we really enjoyed the stay. Amenities were nice, and beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets and towels. Hosts were great and responsive and helped with recommendations in the area as well. Kids really enjoyed the beach, there was stuff for a fire on the beach, games, equipment, the works. Rockaway is nice and quaint, market across the road from the complex is open 24/7, shops close, pizza place just up a block. We had a nice and enjoyable stay in a quiet comfortable home on the beach!

So glad the beachfront setting delivered and that the kids had such a good time with everything on hand, from the fire setup to the games and gear. Nice beachfront location with king bed. Clean bedrooms & bathrooms. Reasonable comfortable king bed & showers. Kitchen/Living room areas (3rd floor) had dirty/sticky floors. We did some cleaning before using. Outside decks & furniture were quite dirty & unfortunately not usable on our opinions. Owners may want to check up on their cleaning service. But overall, we thought this unit was good and we’re glad we stayed there.

Beachfront with a comfortable king bed is a great foundation, and we're glad the stay was a good one overall. That said, you shouldn't have had to do any cleaning yourself, and we've shared your notes about the third floor and the outdoor decks directly with our housekeeping team to make sure it's corrected. Winter break getaway

We loved the proximity to the beach. When a storm was coming in it was wonderful to sit in the warm dry house and look out at the sea.

Beach view is awesome!

Having three ocean facing balconies at three different levels was an extra treat! The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and felt like home. We enjoyed our stay!

Girls getaway

Beautiful townhome just steps away from the beach! Check in and check out were easy, the rental management company was very thorough with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun filled weekend!

A beautiful place with the beach right outside your back door! Bedrooms, kitchen, and living room were all amazing! Would stay here over and over!

Amazing Stay

The place was exactly described in the website. Perfectly ocean front and rooms are clean and well maintained. The Rockaway town is not as touristy as Cannon Beach so we really enjoyed staying here for cozy and private feels. Thank you!

Fun on the Beach

Very nice, clean condo on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The views and access to the beach were amazing.

Great place

Great location, on the beach. There were 8 of us and the space allowed for us being together when we wanted and private without noise intrusion when we wanted. We all loved it.

The location was perfect and right on the beach. Several balconies to sit and watch the waves. Great location within town. My kids loved the train and the ice cream shops right nearby. There is also a central market across the street where you can get some groceries. We have 3 kids -7, 4, and under 1- and we had plenty of room and games to play. The location on the beach just can't be beat. It's also a good central location for nearby hikes and visit to the Tillamook creamery. House was clean and comfortable. Fireplace was very easy to use.

Disappointing Property — Great Views, But Cleanliness and Layout Were Major IssuesThe views from this property were fantastic, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. The listing did not give us a realistic impression of the property's layout, condition, or overall experience.The property is approximately 3.5 stories tall, with the kitchen located on the top floor. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs throughout your stay. While the views are beautiful, I would not recommend this property for families with young children or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.The lower sleeping area also lacks privacy. You have to walk directly through this sleeping space in order to exit the property, which is something I feel should be made much clearer in the listing.Our biggest disappointment, however, was the cleanliness. When I pulled back the blankets to get into bed, there was hair and debris on the sheets, making it clear that the bedding had not been properly cleaned or changed. There was food on the floor underneath the dining table. The property has three balconies and a patio, and every one of these outdoor areas was dirty, with food and debris on the floors.The outdoor furniture was another disappointment. It consisted of inexpensive plastic furniture that looked like something you would buy at Walmart, and it was filthy and in poor condition. For a property marketed and priced as a professionally managed vacation rental, I expected much better.There

Amazing Beach Retreat

My husband's parents, and our family (me, hubby, and our two year old) had an amazing time! The home is beach front and a great location. An easy walk to town for food and souvenirs. The beach access is an easy stroll from the downstairs bedroom. The home was packed with movies, games, music, and all the kitchen equipment youd ever need. Garage had tons of beach gear. Home had all the blankets and towels your family would ever need. We will stay again in this home next time we're in Rockaway. Highly recommend!

Rockaway Beach Review

The property is ideally located, with great views and great access to the beach and to the little there is in Rock Beach. Also the property was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was disappointed though in how worn some things were though, especially the mattresses. Most were quite uncomfortable so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Anyway, it was an overall Ok experience but I definitely will not return to that property. disappointed though

Moonlight checked all the boxes. Being right on the beach and also being just a couple minutes walk to shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed to cook for our group of 10. There was a good selection of board games, movies, and a Roku. The kids enjoyed the large bucket of sand toys which was nice since we forgot to pack ours, and it was fun to see the steam train come into the station right from our balcony.There are a lot of stairs with the main living space and kitchen being on the top floor, so beware if stairs would be an issue for anyone in your party. We had a great stay!
