We had a great stay. The condo was as pictured, clean and it didn’t smell, big plus! You can’t beat the location, leave the drapes open in your bedroom and watch the sun come up from your bed. We watched the surfers every morning by the wharf from the patio. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful. Marty was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries. Absolutely beautiful condo in a great location. We loved it…the view, the beach, the pool were all amazing and we hope to visit again soon.

The condo is very well equipped and pretty. However I found the cleanliness and maintenance overall was lacking. In the 1/2 bath no replacement roll of toilet paper which was difficult for the person using it.The floor was absolutely dirty. It hasn't been mopped in a while - we had the dirty feet to prove it. We found towels in the dryer aloost at check out. Luckily we vrought our own. Communication and check in was easy. The ocean view was amazing to wake up to every day. Had a nice time with my family.

Thank you for the kind words about the views and the condo — we're so glad you and your family had a nice time. We do want to address the floor concern: the tile in this unit can develop a buildup of residue from the floor cleaner during the busy periods — we've addressed this with our cleaning team. It is standard with most vacation rentals to provide a starter supply of paper products. This oceanfront condo is ideally located steps from the pier and surrounded by great restaurants — we hope you'll come back and enjoy everything the area has to offer again soon.

Everything was as described and the location was great! Our only complaint was the shortage of toilet paper :)

Quick getaway

We had a nice stay. It had everything we needed to get our vacation started as well as being a perfect location. We will definitely consider booking here again next time.

Everything we needed was available at condo, and very clean! Wish access to beach from property was available! Enjoyed my visit to St. Augustine as always!

Beautiful View

Beautiful place to stay. I loved sitting on the couch watching the ocean and sitting on the balcony. Waking up to an ocean view was wonderful. Our condo had amazing comfy beds and was close to shopping.

Great beach spot for St. Augustine vacation

This was the perfect place for our family. We could see the sunrise from the balcony, take a short walk to the beach or pier, and walk to numerous restaurants along A1A. The unit itself was very kid-friendly and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Also an easy drive to get into old town St. Augustine or go south to other state parks. Good communication with Marty when necessary. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the area.

Cute condo. Ocean was amazing.

Did not like the huge pipe running through the beach, but that’s not anyone’s fault. We had a great time.

April get away

The condo was comfortable and the views were fantastic! There were some maintenance needs and it was disappointing that the bedroom windows didn’t work. I was surprised to see the steps to all of the bedrooms but the 1/2 bath on the first floor was nice.

Great location

The condo was super clean and very close to everything we wanted to do. My only reason for the four stars is the lack of an elevator and all the bedrooms on the second floor. We were all 75+ so it was difficult . That being said it is a great condo and I would highly recommend it.

July stay

Overall room was good however there was a smell of rotten food in the fridge that did not go away even with the use a 6 containers of baking soda. This made a funky smell in the entire entire condo. Beach access was good and view was good.

Very clean

We loved the location and cleanliness of the condo. There was extra coffee and filters etc in the cabinets, which was nice. The Uber to downtown was a quick 10 minutes. Check in was easy. The only downside was the dryer took 3 times to dry clothes. Not a huge problem, just annoying. I would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised!

We had such a great time at the Oceanfront condo. When they advertise oceanfront, you can not only see but hear the ocean from the condo. The beach is HUGE, and you can walk to the water in about 3 minutes. The condo is small, but when you have a deck and the sand, you aren't inclined to spend much time inside anyway. Walking distance to dining, ice cream, pizza, and the beach makes this place a gem. The night after we arrived, I messaged the owner to see if we could stay for two more nights. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
