Beautiful newly decorated and furnished private home. Fits any personality!

Spacious home. Large open concept with lots of sunlight. Split home so master bedroom on other side with private bath. Walk in closets, electric fireplace inside and gas fireplace outside. Beautiful fenced in yard, we have a private Large salt water pool with waterfall, caged in so no bugs! Lights up at night so beautiful! Beautiful Palm trees everywhere! 4 miles to great shopping and 15 min to the beaches! Half hour drive from Fort Myers airport. There is pool Towels, bath towels,, sheets and extra sheets available. Full kitchen supplies like your own. Coffee pot and pods. There are some board games. Outdoor Bluetooth rock speakers for outside. Plus outdoor gas fireplace in pool area with sectional. My favorite spot! Pool lights up at night beautiful colors and pool cage as well! All furniture is recently decorated and new! Very clean! Grocery store is 5 minutes down the street. This home is private, great for kids and Adults. This is not a high traffic area it’s awesome! Thankyou for checking our home out!

Nice vacation rental

This was a clean & tastefully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool & backyard is very nice. The owners responded quickly with our questions & concerns.

Beyond relaxing

We spent 7 weeks at this comfortable, well-furnished home. Spending time in the pool area was a highlight of our stay. A great neighborhood for my husband to bike. Restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, etc. all close by. We'll be back next year........

The Tropics

A beautiful home with an awesome setup for the pool and lanai. We felt like we were in the tropics with the colorful lighting, plants and nature surrounding the pool cage. Also, loved the convenience of a bathroom entrance located in the pool area.

North Port Vacation

The house is awesome. Very nicely decorated, and comfortable. The saltwater pool is great, and everyone enjoyed it. You could not ask for better owners to work with as Tim and Wendy were very responsive to or questions. Tim left detailed info about the operation of the amenities for the property which made things easier.

Paradise!

Upon opening the door I knew the house was going to be amazing! It smelled soooooo good in this house! Fresh and clean! The decor is beautiful! There was everything you needed even extras! There was so much beach stuff in the garage ..chairs, shark tooth finder, umbrella etc! Now let me get to the best part! The pool! Oh my! Such a little slice of heaven out there! The mornings were so peaceful we enjoyed the birds and all the animal noises you can hear! The pool is screened in so no annoying bugs! it’s a salt water pool which I’ve never swam in before but I felt like it was so much easier and nicer to my skin and hair! We all enjoyed this house so much! Thanks Tim and Wendy!

Super home!

This was our second year here, and it was even better than last year. The owner has added special touches and our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. It's so quiet and surrounded by Florida greenery; you feel like you are in a jungle. The pool is a highlight.

Great house and great host

House and pool area are great. Perfect for chilling and relaxing. Host communication is attentive and quick. Had small issue with guest shower and I contacted host and plumber was there within the hour and took care of issue immediately. Couldn’t ask for better stay

Relaxing by the pool.

We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. The waterfall was a great addition. Tim was very responsive to any need.

Hi, We are Wendy and Tim. We live in Boston Mass. As we love it here. We bought here so we can eventually move and go into our next Journey and wed like to do it at our age not to late. We in our 50s. We both work and are not able to move on yet. So until then were back and forth and figure people should enjoy it as much as us.

This is a most amazing home. Tim found it and I was connected immediately! Not an easy task just sayin. I found the more I was there and decorating it that i felt this house needed people, laughter, drinks, fun, and lots of love! Our home is just one of those things that needs to be happy. So we dicided to share it and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Laughing as I write this. Our home is in the jungle, well not really but I say that. It's very private, but 5 min to crazy, meaning stores, beaches, music, lots of music! I love how much woods, palm trees are everywhere. you can sit at the pool and just listen.
