Great stay once the pool heated

Thank you for staying with us! It was a pleasure to welcome you to Happy Oak Villa. Unfortunately a technical issue prevented the pool heating briefly, however we did get if fixed very promptly. More importantly, we have installed a new pool pump this month (May 2026) which has eliminated the issue completely. Please come back again to experience the improved system, and I'll include optional pool heating at no additional charge!

Great place to make memories! Centrally located to all attractions, yet far enough to just relax. Property was well maintained with all of the amenities you will need!

Excellent communication from host! He’s even put together a convenient guide app to help in many aspects for you visit! Aside from the road construction seemingly everywhere, which is not his fault our visit was great!

Hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer our questions. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this home! We plan on making this a yearly getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happy Oak Villa. It was peaceful and private, yet a convenient enough distance from the Disney and Universal attractions that we visited. The area felt safe and was close to local supermarkets and eateries, so easy enough to shop for groceries or eat out when we felt like it. We enjoyed some lovely BBQs in the outdoor dining area as a family and found the villa had everything we needed from a functional point of view. It was exactly the right size for our party of six (4 adults and 2 children), with enough space to not feel cramped yet cosy enough for us to enjoy together as a family. I think the property is very suitable for small-medium families who want to take advantage of the attractions that Orlando has to offer, while having a quiet retreat to return to and relax between days out. My daughters’ (aged 9 and 6) feedback on the villa was also very positive and they were sad to leave! Robert was very informative throughout the process from when we first booked, and responsive when it came to dealing with a slight fault with the AC - someone was promptly sent out to fix the next day. We’d therefore be confident in assuring future guests that on the rare occasion of an issue cropping up, as can happen anywhere from time to time, that it would be dealt with promptly and effectively. If we return to Orlando we’d love to stay here again.

In Florida, these things will ALWAYS happen once in a while, as the climate is very hard on these systems. However, we work very hard to have a great team available to take care of any issue as fast as humanly possible, because our guests really do matter to us! We will always provide the best response and fastest service possible to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. Please do come back again soon!

We had an awesome stay. The location is hard to beat super close to Disney, which made everything really easy, but still tucked away enough that it felt quiet and relaxing when we got back at night.The backyard was probably our favorite part. It felt really private, which made a big difference. We could hang out and swim without feeling like we were on display, and that’s not always the case with places like this.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It worked great for our family, and I think couples or groups would enjoy it just as much plenty of space, good setup, and just an easy place to settle into.Communication was smooth the whole time, and everything was exactly as expected. No surprises, no issues just a really straightforward, stress-free experience, which you definitely appreciate when you’re traveling.We’d absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area. It just checked all the boxes for us.Clean house, clean (nicely heated) pool, great hot tub, great location. GREAT HOST!

Great Villa in quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities and parks

Great property for our family of 5 with teenager/young adults and parents as lots of space with added benefits of pool and games room. Spacious and clean with all you will need for self catering stay but close enough to all parks and restaurants if you fancy a take away or eating out . Can’t thank our host Robert enough as despite having been to Florida a number of times this has been our most challenging with delayed flights and hurricane . In addition to helpful info before we arrived he was on hand with guidance re the storms and kindly offered late checkout if required .
