Welcome to Condo Sueño (Dream), which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This beautifully furnished condo is in the exclusive gated community of Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. The boutique-style condominium complex, Rosa Blanca is nestled in the secure Playacar Fase II community in Playa del Carmen Mexico and is the perfect choice for your next vacation
Sueño is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation away from the stresses of everyday life. Relax on our balcony overlooking the large, beautiful pool surrounded by tropical gardens, listen to the birds from the nearby aviary, enjoy the restful tranquility that Playa del Carmen offers.
Wide, open living, dining space, fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, WiFi, washer, and dryer. Accommodate two couples or a family. Rosa Blanca, consists of just 12 condo units.
Sueño condo is a delightful option for your Playa del Carmen stay and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Master suite offers with king bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and private terrace and the guest suite provides 1 double bed and 1 single bed with en suite bathroom. Plus a fantastic private terrace overlooking the pool that is just perfect for enjoying your coffee in the morning or after-dinner drinks in the evening. Located in the very safe gated, residential area of Playacar
If you enjoy the Hard Rock is only 1 mile away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen, only a 3 mile drive away.
To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations, and more..
Additionally, when you rent from Nasplaya, you are renting from a professional property management company with over 11 years of experience in Playa del Carmen. You’ll have free access to our bilingual concierge who can help you cut through the language barrier. From unique restaurant recommendations to discounted tours, we can help you save time and money. We also have a 24/7 helpline should you need any assistance during your stay.
