View was amazing and the condo had everything you need for a great stay. Only downside was no in unit washer/dryer and the onsite ones were broken our whole stay (not the condo owners fault as its run through a separate company). Close to tons of good food!!

Safe, clean, comfortable. I was especially impressed with the ease of contacting by phone or text with any questions or concerns. The only disappointment was the laundry room’s washer and dryer were operated by a QR code that my iPhone blocked due to some security issue. (The unit did not have a washer or dryer.)

We travel and have association with different agencies and properties in the past. Our experience with Modern Beach Vacation both in communications and response to any questions we have had far exceeds what we have had in the any previous trip.Hunting By The Sea being a smaller low rise building right on the Gulf made the location ideal, most of the time we felt like we had our own private beach. We found our unit very clean and equipped with everything we needed including beach service, season dependent, when we were there made it ideal. Hunting By The Sea is away from the very busy and crowded Destin tourist area but within a few minutes drive of any activity you may want to pursue. The one down side was trying to figure how to get the channels we wanted to watch on the tv.This was our 3rd trip to Hunting By The Sea and it won't be our Last.

End of summer getaway with husband

The property was great, close to everything we like to do in Destin/Miramar Beach. Love the beach views & easy access to beach & water.

Beautiful Condo

Amazing view, very nicely decorated and equipped. The condo and entire building was very clean. Location to restraunts, shopping, activities very close. Absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful location

Property is right on the beautiful gulf. Condo could fit 6 people easily. Views from balcony are amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

My week in Destin

We enjoyed our rental property at Huntington by the Sea. It was a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the beach and a nice pool. The check in and check out was very easy and I liked the fact that the rental company checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed.

We love Huntington by the Sea

This is our fourth time to stay at Huntington by the Sea and we love it! The beach service is wonderful! The pool is nice! There is plenty of room for my family of 5 in the condo. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!

Favorite new spring break location

Our family took our first trip to Destin for spring break and absolutely loved the condo as well the location. The room was everything we needed and clean. We loved waking up on the beach and listening to the waves all night. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. The deck was great and we had a fantastic time there!
