Our group enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool by the water. We would definitely rent again. Thanks for a great trip.

Nicest house I’ve stayed at in the area! Beds are very comfortable and the yard and outdoor space is great!

Master bedroom and bath were awesome! Upstairs was very well kept! Pool was the highlight for the small kiddos.. had a shallow walk around ledge that was great for 2-4 year olds, Fun relaxing huge swing and great fishing! The downstairs marble tiki bar looked like it used to be great at one time but now needed refurbishing ..rusty,old non working bbq. ( and probably get rid of the 4-5 old rusty bbq pits lining the side.. for what y’all charge nightly it should at least include hand soap in the bathrooms and a little more TLC for the bottom floor!)

Great location. Whoever manages the house dropped the ball.

No water to house upon arrival. Pool was a mess. Hadn’t been cleaned since January. Power to heat and AC failed half way through stay. Siding was hanging off of the dock and missing from the house. For the cost this should not have been the case.

Hello Jeff, We are very sorry about the unexpected issue with the water that you encountered upon your arrival. We were happy to make sure a plumber was there an hour after you called our office, and that water was restored quickly. When we made our courtesty call the following morning, the woman who answered the number associated with your reservation indicated everything was great. We would have been happy to have a technician come out if you'd let us know you were experiencing issues with the heat/AC, and/or arrange for an additional pool cleaning. Our Property Services team didn't experience any issues with the heat or AC when they went in to clean, etc. after you departed. We know vacation time is precious, and our 24/7 team would have ensured any other issues were taken care of if you'd let us know about them during your stay.
