Enjoy stunning views of Beaver Creek ski area as well as the Eagle river from this 3 bedroom Plus Den and 3 bathroom condo in Avon (outside the gates of Beaver Creek). In this condominium, you have the option to walk to the gondola at the Westin Riverfront or take the free bus.

Travelers to Vail and Beaver Creek enjoy a true mountain lifestyle with the bonus of a riverfront location. This beautiful residential enclave is so convenient to shops, fine dining, family restaurants and coffee shops. (Starbucks and the local favorite Avon Artisan Bakery) are kitty corner across the street. The Westin riverfront with the gondola to Beaver Creek is a couple minute walk or you can save the walk and jump on the free shuttle outside the complex. The local area recreation center with state of the art equipment, pool and water park are either a 2 minute drive or a couple minute walk away. In the summer, you can enjoy the sound of the river which for fishermen is a dream; with gold medal water right in your backyard. Grill on your balcony while enjoying the beautiful mountain views of Beaver Creek. The Vail to Edwards bike path is also right outside the complex where you can enjoy biking, jogging or just a peaceful stroll by the river. You are also only a 10 minute drive to the world class ski slopes and village of Vail or for a more local experience, you are 5 minutes from the charming town of Edwards.

This home has been remodeled and has two levels. It is a large unit with over 2000 square feet of living space.

This home is beautiful inside with lovely dark hardwood floors and a mountain contemporary feel. Very open floor plan. Furnishings are clean and very comfortable with soothing neutral tones throughout the home.

You will not want to leave this perfect home and location, which makes it ideal for the long term renter of 6 months to a year.

Large, clean, comfortable

All bedrooms are upstairs, close together. (Downstairs is a den-like room with convertible sofa.) Layout wasn't clear in description; we were hoping for one bedroom downstairs. That said, the master bedroom is great--en suite, soaking tub. Location is fine. Walking to the gondola at the Westin would be a bummer in ski boots, IMO. About a half mile. Parking near Westin is dicey--get there early. Overall a fine property. Very well out-fitted re kitchen, linens, towels, etc. Garage and washer/dryer nice to have. More pictures/paintings on walls would cheer it up a bit. Memory foam on one bed had a permanent depression/body part imprint. I made one of my friends sleep there.

Well stocked and roomy

Well-stocked with EVERYTHING. All the amenities at home. No need to buy anything except groceries. Roomy and we’ll-appointed. Convenient to restaurants.
