The open living room is made up of a loveseat, couch/sleeper sofa, armchair, a TV and a sliding glass door to the back patio. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, chest for your beach attire, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the side patio. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, just steps away, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.
