The entire property and beach area have the atmosphere of a resort. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cape San Blas

We love the Cape and enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, family friendly and short walk to the beach. Would def stay in Barrier Dunes again!!

Quick getaway

We enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Check in was easy and the unit was clean. Everything we needed was provided and made our trip easier. Will stay here again.

Great Well Equipped Unit & Neighborhood

It was a great stay in Cape San Blas. They had everything we needed. The property was very clean and it was a nice amount of space for our family to spread out. The amenities in the neighborhood were nice for families with children.

Just wonderful

Stayed with my mom, my partner, and my two kids. It was a wonderful visit. The house has pretty much everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the decks, the indoor spaces, the beach equipment, and the beach of course! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach paradise

Very neat and clean place everything was great just needs better access to beach cut thru ext. Need walkway built over pond to have shorter access to water if you stay in back of property but overall was a great and pleasant place to stay

Hi Richard, there are a couple of routes to the pools and beach. One cuts along the side of the tennis courts, around the homes and ponds to allow for privacy in those homes too. All in all, a two minute walk to one pool and a five minute stroll to the beach isn't too bad we think. Being at the back of the property also makes it a quieter area so we're so glad you enjoyed Tequila Sunrise Two and your stay. Have an ez day! Ros & Carolyn

Summer vacation

Nice area and close to the park. Had an area to park my boat close to the house. House keeping could have been cleaner but was reasonably clean.

Great vacation getaway

The home was clean and in a great neighborhood. It is in a HOA so I was very hesitant about how well our trip would be. No need to be worried, we were met at the gate by a friendly older gentleman. He was vey helpful advising where to go. Everyone in the community was friendly. The pools were nice and the beach was close.

Paradise

Very clean unit. Was well equipped with all the things you need. Had nice beach chairs. Also, the carts were very helpful with getting things to the beach. The unit was also decorated very nicely. Good atmosphere for family. We definitely go back again.

Scalloping vacation

We have stayed in this house several times now. We love the floor plan. Neighbors were getting the deck redone and ours could use it too. We bring our boat every year just wish there was more boat and trailer parking. Didn’t have any issues, but overheard several people upset about the parking.

Funnily enough, the decks were scheduled to be replaced when you checked out, but Mother Nature had other ideas, and we had to push it out again, but fingers crossed for us, and we'll get that done next week :) We've all long said that they need more boat parking in Barrier Dunes so the HOA is aware. Usually not an issue unless it's a holiday weekend in Scallop Season though. So glad you guys come back every year. We'll look forward to your next visit! Thanks, and have an easy day! Ros & Carolyn

The hosts communicated well with very accurate information. The pools and tennis/pickleball courts were great to have and access to the beach was super easy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the necessities and they provided plenty of beach gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great place right by beach

Private community, at end of road. This property provided a great retreat for our family, the beaches were soft and beautiful and even though it was spring break, it was not crowded. Look forward to staying again
