The layout of the house is perfect for group hangouts! Whether we were outside at the pool, grabbing lunch inside at the bar, having a morning coffee on top floor deck, or eating together at the 10 person dining table, there’s enough room for everyone to relax and have fun. It's so good, we’ve stayed here twice.

We are 10 women, ranging in age from our 30s to our 70s who meet every year for a girls' weekend. We have rented many different houses in Brigantine, and this one really stood out. The bedrooms are all quite large and offered a variety of sleeping combinations: kings, a queen, multiple bunks and pull-out sofas. We could have easily had 3 or 4 additional guests, which is great, because we might be back with a bigger group next year! The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and during our stay. Everyone agreed the house was really clean, and believe me, some of these ladies are picky! We loved all of the different gathering areas, especially the Cabana Bar just steps away from the hot tub and pool. So much seating outside too! We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen and there are 3 separate ice makers in the multiple kitchen areas throughout the house. Overall outstanding experience. Thank you, Marissa!

Have been coming to brigantine for several years with friends and we were really impressed with this property. The pool is great and the proximity to the beach and downtown were very convenient. The house was very clean and the linens and towels being included was a great touch.

Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our large group of 13 adults with plenty of space for everyone. They have a bar room on the first level with double sliding glass doors to the pool and hot tub area which was my group’s favorite space to hangout. Awesome host and property!

2024 Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside villa. We had 8 adults and 5 children and fit comfortably in this generously sized house. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate multiple families. The walk to the beach was quick and the house is centrally located around various restaurants, shops and ice cream We would definitely rent again!

Just finished our week-long stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for our family group of 9 ranging in ages from 2 to 70. Each family "unit" had their own bedroom spaces that easily accommodated the parents and their young children. Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds and bedding. We easily prepared dinners a few evenings using the gas grill and the very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having the main dining table, third floor covered deck picnic table, and outdoor ground level dining set as options to seat the entire family. Some of our group needed to work occasionally while visiting. They had ample space to quietly get away from the activities when required and had good WiFi service for video conferencing. The elevator was appreciated as one of our party has mobility issues. It also was handy for moving luggage to the second floor and groceries to the third floor main kitchen. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cart made our beach visits especially convenient. It's an easy, short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less). The young kids loved the beach, but had as much or more fun playing in the backyard heated pool. The adults particularly liked the hot tub to warm up and soothe tired muscles. Communication with our host Marissa was excellent from the initial booking through our departure. All in all, we loved the house and highly recommend this property. Would have no reservations about booking here again if we travel to Brigantine.

Great property with tons of space.

The property is huge with many beds, decks and rooms. We had a blast using the pool table and games on the lower level. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owner. The place was very clean and well kept. I would certainly recommend it to family and friend!

Beautiful Home!

We are so grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful home during our visit to AC for a conference. It provided room for our entire team to attend and stay together. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very gracious and accommodating. We truly look forward to returning and spending more time in this home away from home.

Great week in Brigantine!

Fantastic house in fantastic location! Everything as shown on the pics! Lots of room for the kiddies to spread out. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub when not on the beach. And a working elevator! What more could you ask for? Property manager professional and super responsive! Would stay again for sure!
