Welcome to Junebug Cottage, our comfortable and spacious 3-bedroom home located one block from the Delaware Bay! Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and your evening cocktails on the cozy screened rear porch. Our home is located on a quiet residential street where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of crowds while still being close enough to partake in the areas many attractions and activities. The very best part of the home is the short walk to the beautiful bay where you can experience spectacular sunsets every evening. Our home features a large open living space perfect for family and group gatherings and relaxation at its finest. First floor includes living room, open dining area, and spacious well-stocked kitchen. Half bath and laundry on first floor as well. There is a screened-in porch accessible from the dining area with ample seating for the entire group. Open deck located off of screened porch with outside dining set and gas grill leads to fully fenced backyard. Second floor has three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king-sized bed. First bedroom has one queen with twin/trundle. Second bedroom also has a queen with twin daybed. Master bedroom has king bed and futon, perfect for families with small children. Master bedroom includes private bathroom with shower. There is also a second full bathroom with shower/tub on this floor. Central air throughout and bedrooms also have ceiling fans for additional comfort. Linens and towels included during your stay. Two kayaks and two bikes available for your use. Please note there are two Ring Cameras on the property: one doorbell camera and one rear camera.
