The property was very clean and very warm welcome. I did not have to communicate with the host because everything was great. It was great being able to walk my dog along the sea wall. I would definitely stay again.

Wow! The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt like we were at home. Our visit was 22 days and we really loved the location!!! The owner was right on things( there were no problems) but he answered our questions promptly!!! It’s a great place to stay! We hope to be back soon!

We are frequent VRBO renters and do a lot of research looking at pics, reading reviews, making sure it meets our needs which is why we chose this condo for our quick overnight trip back to Rockwall after recently moving. We know the area, which is very safe and neighbors are friendly. We also were originally looking for a pet friendly place also.We decided to leave our fur baby home. But, this is a great pet friendly rental with a cute little yard out back and lots of places to take walks! It is very clean and organized and comfortable! The communication with David was ALWAYS met promptly and very nice! David was very flexible with a special request we had, made sure we got in ok,etc. The only negative we experienced were there was a tenant upstairs that we weren't aware of (really just doing typical things, but wish we were made aware first as we needed to sleep early. The A/C was loud so it was hard to work and adjust the TV so as not to disturb anyone else. We are used to having a TV in the bedroom to watch and turn on white noise for a good night's sleep Which we tried to just use our cell phone to play our ocean sounds but the A/C even drown that out. The bedding and bathroom linens could be updated.There was a musty/moldy odor which we attribute to being near the lake and just being an older condo. None of this is to make people stay away. Just a "to be aware" if you have people staying who are affected by noise or asthma issues. We give 5 Stars!! Thank you!

Hosts were very responsive! The property was just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was very quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything great restaurants and reasonable drive from downtown.

We were fortunate to find this listing while in town for a wedding. We absolutely loved our stay here, it is perfect for two people and we also brought our dog with us. The location is beautiful and we loved being just steps away from the yacht club restaurant for a bite. The unit was cozy and we especially loved the shower. We hope to stay here again for future Rockwall visits!

Wonderful stay!

It was extremely convenient for me and my boyfriend to go visit my parents and friends. Being able to walk to the lake from the condo was great for when we had time to kill. Will recommend this spot to more friends and family!

My stay was nice and quiet and adequate. I was pretty much there only to sleep and study and then off again so I didn’t use any of the facilities. I enjoyed my time there.

great location

Condo is in a great location, close to everything you need. short walk to the marina and views of the lake. Area feels safe and everyone at the gate is friendly. The condo was clean and had everything I needed.

Thanksgiving vacay

This condo is conveniently located, with shops/stores nearby. Many amenities were included. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and appreciated the host’s quick response to our questions.

TX Condo by Lake

The condo was perfect for us. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and a lovely patio with a view of the lake. Maia and David were fantastic hosts. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay, which we did! Hope to visit again next year.

Great Place to Stay!

Wonderful property right next to Lake Ray Hubbard in a gated community. The view of the lake from the porch is a major bonus. The condo was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very attentive to all of our questions or any concerns. We would highly recommend staying here.

The pictures don’t do the condo justice. It’s very nice and we had a great stay. Kitchen and the shower were great. Mattress was comfortable.

Was in town for a 25th wedding anniversary. I selected this property because it was centrally located to the places I needed to be. It was quiet and relaxing. Felt safe since is in a community with security. Was beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed.

This is a lovely, safe and quiet unit with views of the lake. It is not far from the Harbor, a lakeside shopping and dining center with trails, walkways, and grassy parks right on the water. The unit hosts provide many little comfort items. We very much appreciated our stay here.
