One of the nicest pool and gardens in the area. We boast that we have the most different fauna around. Lovely huge palapa and rattan chairs in center for playing cards or just reading. Or relax in our lounge chairs on grass by the pool area.
Enjoy an oasis of tranquility with a private home. Features new granite kitchen with modern appliances complete with Pantry basics.
Master bedroom has queen serta mattress w/en-suite and French doors. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. One common bath w/3 pc shower.
Large private tiled patio to enjoy mornings and evenings. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Close to transportation ,convience store and local cuisine.

Welcoming, comfortable, safe space to come home to at the end of the day.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family and friends. Tranquil setting with nice amenities. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the back patio for coffee, yoga, reading. The pool area was a nice plus, too.

Overpriced but Decent

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night the property was a little overpriced in our minds. We had issues with the golf cart as well and had 2 days of not being able to use it unfortunately. Positives are the complex has a great pool and the neighbours were amazing, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the town of La Cruz with its great restaurants and seafood market and would love to visit again.

Great stay and perfect weather!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michele's property on a week getaway to La Cruz. The apartment was exactly as described with all amenities working and clean, bright and accessible. There were lots of towels, linens and spare toiletries left out. The space is well-aired and the AC wasn't needed with the nice breezes instead. The king size bed is nicely firm and the other two twin beds are fine for children or young adults. The pool is deep enough to swim but perfect for children too, although we spent most of the time swimming in the ocean which is calm without any current undertow. The apartment is within short walking distance of the beach/bus stops (5mins) and the marina and center (10mins) and the property is well managed with lots of friendly families around and pleasant staff managing the gate, etc. The host lives locally and helped us with basic inquiries and couldn't have been nicer during our stay. We highly recommend Michele's property to anyone looking for a relaxing week or two outside the bustle of PV

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The house is located inside a gated community with a very short walk to the beach and marina. The house was very well kitted out. Like going from home to home. Host was quick to respond and left a very helpful guide of the yummy restaurants nearby. Would def stay again.

We are Canadians who are Mexicans at heart. Having owned a Mexican import store we have made the drive thru Mexico to Kenora Ontario over 17 years. Our mascots Rico and Shakira (chiuauas) love an adventure!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We loved it at first sight. For us it was Florida meets Mexico theme. Quiet and so close to the ocean plus the amount of green grass around you don’t normally see in private home areas was a big plus.
