Thank you for taking the time to share your experience . I agreed that communication was a highlight of your stay which is very important to me as a host. Regarding the pool, it is slightly smaller than what some may consider a “standard” 10,000-gallon pool. Ours is 8,000 gallons with a depth ranging from 3 to 5 feet. While more compact, it is designed to provide relaxation, comfort, and fun for the great majority of our guests. Its size also allows us to maintain consistent heating (85 degrees during the winter months) and optimal cleanliness, which many guests greatly appreciate. I respectfully disagree with the comment about the pool not looking like the pictures. The photos in the listing are an accurate and unedited reflection of the pool and all areas of the home. They were taken when the property first opened in December 2021, prior to the widespread use of AI editing tools. Regarding the appliances, all were purchased when the home began welcoming guests in December 2021. I am not sure which appliance you were referring to, as your private checkout message only mentioned a light feature and a shower button that required attention. However, I will certainly inspect everything to ensure nothing has been recently damaged. Thank you again for your feedback. As you experienced , we did everything in our power to make the pool functional ( heated and swimmable) by the next morning of your arrival. I am glad we archived that goal, and you and family were able to enjoy the pool from that moment forward.
