We're also happy you found the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer convenient during your vacation. We appreciate you sharing your feedback about the TVs, bathroom drain, and dishwasher. We offered to send our maintenance team over several times during your stay, but we completely understood your preference not to have anyone enter the property. We were glad we could at least get a new Roku remote delivered for the bedroom right away. After your departure, we checked the living room TV and found it operating properly, so we're wondering if perhaps the incorrect remote was being used. It was also very unusual that the batteries were missing from all remotes. We always keep extra batteries on hand and would have been more than happy to bring those over along with the new Roku remote had we known. We've also addressed the other maintenance items to ensure everything is in perfect working order for future guests. Thank you again for choosing Destin Beach Vacation Rentals.
