There is plenty of room to host a lot of people. We had lots of family in town for a funeral unfortunately, but it is a great place for many people to gather. It is very convenient to the square downtown as well as good places to eat. The location, the size, and the accommodations were all perfect.

Home was close to our graduation activities, and was beautiful, and had plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Great for family gatherings

Come for the clean bedrooms and stay for the huge kitchen island! This location was great for our multigenerational gathering and a highlight was preparing meals together in the large, beautiful kitchen.

Fayetteville gem

Perfect house for larger groups. Plenty of hangout spaces and comfortable beds. Management is quick to respond and helped with any questions we had.

Great place to stay with a large family.

We were a a family of four married couples traveling to Fayetteville for our youngest son’s wedding. It was great to have a house that all of us could stay with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and travel to various engagements over a long weekend. Highly recommended it for any large group visiting the Fayetteville area.

Perfect for graduation!

This was the perfect location for our family and friends to stay for our children’s graduation! We even walked to the square for dinner one night. Thank you for the early check in and hospitality!

Beautiful and convenient

The house is lovely, and the kids had fun exploring the little creek and all the nooks and crannies on the property. We walked down Dickson for food and drinks. The property manger was responsive to questions. Everything was great!

Hidden Gem in Fayetteville

Right at Home in NWA

We really loved the location and overall setup of this house. We were in town for a leadership retreat, and the space was very inviting for two days of meetings. It was a great location for enjoying Fayetteville — walking to the Square or down Dickson to campus. And CohoBnb is incredible with their easy processes and responsive communication. We will seek out their properties again!

Family wedding trip

We had a great stay at the Dickson Chateau last weekend. We had more than enough room for our large family to stay in comfort. There are multiple living areas and plenty of bedrooms. The home is well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. The rooms are light and bright. The location is fantastic. The management company was in constant contact and responded quickly, when needed. I highly recommend this property for large families! We would definitely stay there again.

Family time in Fayetteville

This property lived up to its description and then some. We had one issue, but it was handled promptly, so it was not a problem. My family, which ranged in ages from 13 to 91 all enjoyed the home and its many amenities - we only wished we had more time to take advantage of everything! I would highly recommend this property to any group wanting a great place to stay and visit the surrounding Fayetteville area. And a shout out to the property management company - they were easy to connect with and very responsive.

AMAZING!

This property is beautiful, spacious and ready for large groups. We had 11 people aged 16-80. The downstairs studio apartment was a perfect quiet get-away for the 80 year old grandparents. The main house kitchen area has EVERYTHING you could need or want. I've been in many VRBO's and this one was at the top! The beds were super comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and we had extra blankets/ towels if needed. And the yard! WOW! It is such a fun place to watch the crawdads and waterbugs in the creek, admire the 80-100 ft. tall trees or play corn hole. The location of the home was EASY walking distance to the nightlife on Dickson Street. This is a 10 out of 10!
