Perfect beach location!

Waking up to have coffee on the patio watching the Gulf is the best!! Views are amazing. Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, beautiful beach!!!

Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed with our stay. The furniture throughout the condo was very dated, and the interior doors did not lock, which was concerning for privacy. The refrigerator made a constant, very loud noise that was disruptive during our stay.The amenities also fell short of our expectations. The pool was extremely small for a facility of this size and often felt overcrowded. There were very few chairs around the pool and the lounge chairs were placed where you could not watch the children swimming. The biggest issue, however, was the elevators. There were only two serving the building, and we regularly waited 20 to 30 minutes just to get on one. When an elevator finally arrived, it was usually packed, making it even more frustrating.Overall, we did not feel the condo or the property’s amenities met our expectations for the price paid, and we would likely choose a different place to stay in the future.

Your notes about the dated furniture and the interior doors not locking are important — that shouldn’t have happened. We’ve passed those concerns to our maintenance team and the owner to inspect and address the locks and evaluate furnishings. The loud refrigerator noise is also unacceptable; maintenance will check and repair or replace the unit as needed. We’ve shared your feedback about the pool size, limited seating and lounge layout, and the long elevator wait times with building management so they can review seating arrangements and traffic flow. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will use it to improve. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

We LOVE Seawinds!!

Our family has stayed at Seawinds a couple times, we love everything about it!! Jenny was great to work with, was super responsive, and very easy to get in touch with. Great for guests of all ages!

3 adults, one teenager. Beautiful property. Was not loud, despite being spring break, which we were concerned about. Very nice stay.

Great view of the ocean!

We had a great view of the ocean from the 17th floor. The beaches were so clean and the guy renting chairs/umbrellas was always there and very attentive. The condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect for family

We had a great time! This condo was great. The master bedroom carpet needs a shampoo, but everything else was great! Perfect size for our family of 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children.

Great location

We enjoyed the location of this property. Right on the beach with a great view and walking distance to the Hangout. The unit could use some simple updates and the owner was very responsive to my suggestions. Overall, this was just what we needed for this trip.

we had a blast on our family vacation to Gulf Shores. Elevator was slow but location and view made up for it. The property owner was great amd made sure to take care of us. Wish we could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

The condo was outdated and not very clean. I have stayed in a lot of nicer condos for less money. The air conditioner was not working and the host did a great job of finding us another condo that was a lot nicer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
