We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. It was comfortable, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect, and the views were amazing.The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from booking through checkout. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with a fantastic host!

Great Stay

Place was easy access to the beach, Schooners, and rental chairs. Jet Ski and paddle boards are also available for rent close by. House was well stocked for our needs. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location!

Great location, steps from the beach quick drive to grocery, the marina and the state park. We are already wanting to book next year!! No complaints about the condo. Overall stay was great!

New Years Getaway

Had a wonderful time!! The weather and the beach were perfect. It was nice to just sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. The fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing!! It was well worth the trip!!

Excellent stay

All as expected. Great location. Nicely renovated townhome. The shower on the back deck was super convenient when coming in from the beach. Loved being able to grab a drink or lunch from Schooners next door while on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

Excellent location, beautiful view! We were able to take our small dog which very important to us. David the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Convenient!!!!! Excellent place to stay!

Brought my teen daughter and my parents for a trip to the beach. Not having to deal with a parking garage or elevators alone was amazing. Unit is nice and clean. Directly on the beach. Will stay again... Highly recommend!

PERFECT LOCATION

Absolutely wonderful location right on the beach. We were able to bring our "fur child" with us, which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. Building shows a little age, but was sparkling clean and perfectly arranged; we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Fewer crowds on this end of the beach, away from the usual chaos of the more "touristy" areas. Thanks, David, for an amazing vacation!

The townhome was great! Very clean, had everything we needed and it was right on the beach. The beach view was amazing and the sunsets were incredible every night right outside our door! Next door to a wonderful restaurant, Schooners! It was awesome to hear the cannon being fired off every night at sunset-especially on my daughters 21st birthday.David was a wonderful host and always answered all my questions promptly! We will definitely stay here again-especially being able to bring our little senior fur baby!

Wonderful Beachfront Townhouse!

Our family has rented this beachfront 2 story townhouse for 10 years and we absolutely love everything about it. The back deck is literally steps away from the beach and the recent upgrades/remodel work is magnificent. The area is so quiet and peaceful at night you can listen to the ocean while viewing the stars from both decks. We have rented units in high rise beachfront condos and they just don't compare to the comfort and beauty that we have found in this townhouse!

GREAT VACATION/GREAT LOCATION

We loved the location directly on the beach and right next to Schooners restaurant. The condo was perfect for our family including the option to bring our dog. The beach was not as busy as other beaches in the area so we had plenty of room. Would stay here again for sure!!!! David was also a pleasure to work with and answered questions in a timely manner. If you stay here, you will not regret it. Thanks again David for a great vacation!!!!

Great Ocean Front Townhome

We booked this property on short notice and Dave was very efficient with the reservation process. The property met expectations and matched the description in the listing. There is a popular restaurant very close to the unit along with public beach access, so the beach can feel a little crowded at times. However, it’s also nice to take advantage of the food and drinks right next door!

Spring Break 2024

Second time staying at 5131, but first time staying after the remodel/upgrade in 2023. Everything is brand new inside and back deck/stairs rebuilt. Communication with leasing agent was excellent and my family wants to come back again. Thanks David!

Needs a new cleaning crew. When we got there, sand was swept under rugs, and the floors need to be thoroughly mopped. Some other upgrades in towels would be nice. They were pretty old and worn.It is a nice place with potential, and is in the perfect location. It just needs some minor attention.

The owner was easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. We arrived about an hour before check-in, noticed the cleaning crew wasn’t there yet, and spent the time at the beach. At check-in, the cleaners were still inside, so we didn’t get into the condo until about an hour later. It wasn’t a huge issue, just an unexpected delay.Unfortunately, the condo was not well cleaned. I understand it’s pet-friendly, but there was excessive pet hair throughout the unit. I spent much of our first evening cleaning and let the owner know because I would want to be informed if it were my property.The biggest disappointment came at bedtime. The master bed sheets were covered in black dog hair and had fresh stains, making it obvious they hadn’t been changed. After midnight, my husband had to go to Walmart to buy sheets, pillows, and a comforter so we’d have a clean place to sleep.If you’re short, like me, the washing machine is impossible to use. Tongs were my life saver! ;)The owner remained responsive throughout our stay, especially during the Panama City water outage, and kept us updated.The location is excellent with easy beach access and beautiful sunsets. Being next to Schooners makes the beach busier, and nightly bonfire setups directly in front of the property add to the crowds.Overall, the location and communication were great. I just hope the cleaning issues are addressed so future guests can fully enjoy the property.
