Property was clean and comfortable. Noise ftom constuction nexr door was disruptive and work trucks used our parking spaces. Lighting in the living room was not sufficient to read. Floor lamps beside the sofa could help. The TV.. Not providing cable frustrated efforts to easily navigate. Even after downloading my spectrum app I had to down load each inividual network app for local news, sports etc. Our air stopped working but was quickly addressed. The rear access to the beach is no longer accessible. That meant that I had to take my dog out along busy gulf drive.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property clean and comfortable, although we’re sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the parking, our parking spaces are located on private property and are reserved exclusively for our guests. If a construction vehicle did in fact park in your designated space, it was doing so without permission and should not have been there. Unfortunately, we cannot address something we are not aware of, and we wish you had contacted us immediately so we could have had the vehicle removed or the situation resolved. The TV does have Spectrum service available with basic channels. We wish you had reached out to us before downloading multiple individual apps, as we would have been happy to help you navigate the Spectrum service already available on the TV. Regarding the rear beach access, we only recently became aware that a neighboring homeowner installed a fence blocking the shortcut. We understand that the fence was installed without proper authorization and is expected to be removed. We apologize for the inconvenience, as this situation was new to us as well. We appreciate your suggestion regarding additional living-room lighting and will take it into consideration. When the air-conditioning issue occurred, we were glad we could respond and have it resolved quickly. We always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to address any concerns immediately.

We had a phenomenal family time at this TRPILEX Unit with an unbelievable location. Found the house to be super clean and the bath rooms are great. The private pool and area behind house provide a cozy spot if you want to be away from everything for a few hrs. You have sunrise and sunset within 300 yards of the house !

We loved every minute of our stay! Michaela was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The condo and location were perfect - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with everything our family needed for the week. I have been back home only four days and have recommended her place to two clients already and we are already discussing booking for the same time again next year!

What a wonderful 2 week stay! Beautiful rental that includes a pool & such a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is included: well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and items to use at the beach!Very clean as well.Highly recommend!

Best little gem on the Island

Beautiful property with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed, backyard grill and fire pit were a big hit after a long day at the beach. The pool is great to cool off in after the short walk back from the beach. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back!!

Excellent Accommodations

This is our second visit to this property. Beautiful (shared among the three units) pool and easy walking distance to the beach. Owner was very responsive.

Excellent stay!

The unit was amazing with everything you could need. Backyard with pool was great and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better location and literally 2 minutes from the beach. Highly recommend!

What a Gem!

We loved our stay here on Holmes Beach, the condo was very clean had everything we need and super convenient to everything! We vacation in Anna Maria every year to visit family and are looking forward to our next stay here!

Great accomodation

Fisrt visit to AMI and this triplex was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and living room furniture was perfect. Everything we needed in a kitchen and bath. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Private location

We love the location with direct beach access which is only half a block. On that area, it’s very private, less crowd. We love the pool and all. It’s the best one we’ve had in 4 years as we usually go there once a year.

Thought of EVERYTHING!

The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! The host was amazing…thought of everything you may need from a normal stay to a trip to the beach. The pool was great, the inside was great. The owner even showed up to the cleanings of the neighbors to make sure everything was up to par. Book without fear people - it’s a great one!

Great location in Holmes Beach!

Super cute house in a great location. 1 minute walk to the beach. House is well appointed with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and floats. Nice pool. Bathrooms are small with no counter space. Mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Overall I would recommend.

Amazing week!

We stayed in A and had friends in the other two units. It was perfection for a group! The pool area was great for hanging out and the beach is a short walk out the back gate. There are PLENTY of beach supplies, so no need to pack any!

Great location

Unit was very clean and well kept with all amenities needed. Property is in a great spot, close to shopping, groceries and dining. Less than 2 minutes from the beach with plenty of pool and beach accessories. Communication with property manager was a breeze. We will return.

Lovely home!

Loved this property - close access to beach and a private pool! One bathroom for 6 was a little challenging at times but made it work! Maybe outdoor shower could be added? Also, more mirrors in the bedrooms close to outlets. We really enjoyed our stay on Holmes Beach!

Paradise

It was amazing, close to the beach, the house was fully stocked (larger than pictures appear), pool was a great size (seemed like something new appeared everyday), everything anyone would need to take to the beach. We also met some amazing ladies in the other unit. Yes it only had one bathroom but we made it work with 5 ladies so anyone can. We loved it

Amazing stay

The unit is amazing and we loved it! There was actually kitchen supplies that other properties we have stayed at previous years didn’t have which was nice. The pool and outside was so pretty. Beach is walking distance and had great quality beach things. Would recommend more umbrellas for beach goers since there was only one during our stay but overall no issues there. Would recommend more towels for showering in unit as well. Beds were so comfortable and any time we needed to contact owner she was very fast at responding. Recommend 10/10 and will stay again! Quiet and relaxing

Our 2nd visit was everything we hoped for. Location is great, and accomodations were teriffic. You dont hsve to pack anything but a bathing suit! One slight observation. Lighting in the living area seemed dark. Maybe a slim floor lamplamp near the sofa or a dimmer on the overhead. However. Not enough of an issue to keep us rebooking. We will definitely be back.
