The home is beautifully decorated yet feels so comfortable. The entire place is immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need including a large refrigerator and freezer. Within walking distance to several restaurants and just a quick drive to Lake Michigan beaches. The host communicated well from booking to checkout. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coloma Cottage and would happily rent it again. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home.The location was convenient to St Joseph and South Haven. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for helping make our trip to celebrate our niece’s upcoming wedding so amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in Coloma - the house was just as described, and perfect for our family vacation. Close to wineries and to lake towns, we had a great time!

Coloma Cottage!

Coloma cottage was a great place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was provided and was centrally located to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Amazing Cottage

This home exceeded our expectations- so large yet comfy. Especially enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting out on the covered porch and the enormous family room. Host went over and beyond with every detail. This is one of our favorite stays by far!!!!!

Great stay!

We had an excellent stay. The house was lovely! I really appreciated that when I reached out, Shannon provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants and wineries in the area. The location allowed us to spend time in both St. Joseph and South Harbor within a reasonable drive.

Our family enjoys going to different cities around Lake Michigan at summers' end for the past few years. This stay was our favorite! Great location inland to several beaches off Lake Michigan (Silver Beach, North & South Beach, & More)! House was perfect for our 4 kids to be entertained after a long day at the beach and they loved having the library next door. Walking distance from many good local restaurants and local park with splash pad. Highly recommend and if we visit this part of the state again, will plan on booking here again!

Great Place for Girls Weekend!

Our group of 6 women loved staying at this darling cottage. It was tastefully decorated and it had 3 full bathrooms for us. It's a great central location between South Haven and St. Joseph. The owner has thought of everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

Sisters weekend

The house is so well decorated and clean and well stocked with everything you need. Shannon was nice and helpful with ideas for our stay. Such a homey feeling, we plan to come back next year!

A Charming Retreat

This cottage was absolutely lovely! The cozy atmosphere, combined with the beautiful surroundings, made for a truly relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding. We especially loved the porch which was perfect for morning coffee and chatting. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looenjoyable vacation.

Wonderful property

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a family of seven, we greatly appreciate all of the beach items that are in the garage and available to use. Eliminates the need to pack a lot of extra gear!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids, 8 and under, on this trip. The house was SO clean, so quaint and cozy, yet spacious. We had all we needed and more, and truly LOVED our home away from home for the last 5 days. ❤️

Thanksgiving with family.

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coloma Cottage. The house was perfect for us! It was so beautifully decorated and had some lovely additions for Christmas. The house felt so cozy and comfortable. The owner was amazingly thoughtful and accomodating for all of our needs. We have already discussed staying here again when we return.

We had a great time in Coloma at your house! The house was fully stocked! Overall cleanliness was good. I did notice in the pocket next to one of the beds upstairs a dirty Band-Aid and chip bag and underneath the bed on the main floor were two socks and dust on the floor. The kitchen faucet was hard to work with and the refrigerator door would swing open pretty far. We had a lot of fun playing all the games that were available and sitting around the bonfire telling stories. Thank you!

Excellent

We had a wonderful time at the Coloma Cottage. The house was just like the pictures, but it was even better in person. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Everything was very clean and comfortable and all of the little details were well thought out. They truly had everything you could need. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. The location allows for easy access to both South Haven and St Joseph, each about a 20 minute drive. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

The house and the amenities are exactly as described in the vrbo listing. We had 5 adults and a toddler on the trip, and we had more than enough room. We grilled out most evenings and spent time on the porch. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook or grill. There is a great ice cream shop and park within walking distance of the home. St. Joe and South Haven are easy drives. Shannon made it easy to have a "beach day" with all the extra chairs, towels, and toys she kindly shares. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Shannon, for sharing your home!

Great place!

The owner was fantastic, she was very professional and responded right away when I sent her a message. The place was absolutely beautiful. She left some goodies and had everything you would need to stay there. The only complaint would be the upstairs bathroom tub, it looked stained (probably just need extra elbow grease to be cleaned). No one used it. Also, toilet seat is loose, it moves when you sit on it (I brought my own toilet covers). Other than that the place was perfect.
