This property and house are incredible in every way - very private and beautiful. Also, Chilmark/Menemsha are the best areas of the island in our opinion (very peaceful with two excellent fish markets, a new regular market, Iggy's on the weekends and so much more). The hosts were extremely responsive. We hope very much to stay there again and are so thankful for our wonderful time there.

A wonderful cottage with everything you could ever need. Every time we pulled into the driveway we were struck by the incredible view! It’s small but the outdoor decks on three sides, open to the living room makes it feel larger and quite airy. Loved it here!

In one word, Heaven! Walk to the market every morning, like a local bought my fresh fish every day for lunch and dinner.\n Couldn't be more perfect.Too many more accolades to mention. Highly recommend. Thank you Christian for sharing your magical guest house.

Beautiful spot with amazing views and an easy walk into Menemsha. The host offered a lot of helpful information and had everything we needed (beach towels and chairs, kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, coffee maker & more). We loved visiting farmers markets, taking our dog to Lucy Vincent beach, hiking Menemsha Hills, and the scenic drive into Edgartown which was only 25 min away. Perfect place to relax.

This darling home is perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is quiet, tranquil and has the most beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed waking up to the birds singing, deer in the backyard and the pretty Menemsha Pond in the distance.Being so close to Larsen's Fish Market was also nice! I would highly recommend this home if you're looking for a quiet retreat.

Everything about this property is elegantly designed and considered. The location and privacy is wonderful. The electric car charger initially attracted us to this property as there are still no public powerful Tesla level chargers on Martha’s Vineyard and this one worked like a charm. The kitchen is beautifully designed and well stocked. We cooked every meal naturally seafood and so appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. The light throughout the house is full while each window including marvelously functional and lovely shades including 3 mitsubishi wall heaters for individual temperature control with screened doors and windows. Christian’s digital house guide is extremely comprehensive and was able to provide us with every answer. We truly appreciate the overall care provided by the owners.

Private, quiet, gorgeous view, cozy modern petite house, just right for two (plus even a couple of easy kids), we and our poodle had a great time.

Loved loved this house and location! Absolutely beautiful setting and fantastic home. Small and quaint and easy to manage, especially with the dogs. Clean, and extremely well-maintained. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back again and again!

Relaxation to the Max

Enjoyed the property completely. Loved the fact that we could walk to The dock and get fresh seafood and prepare it and dine on the deck with incredible views!
