It measures 50 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of the "LE CLOS FLEURI" residence (with elevator). Private outdoor parking is available at the residence. Description: - Entrance hall with closet - Sleeping alcove with 1 single sofa bed (90cm) - Equipped living/dining room - Lounge area with 1 double sofa bed ([hidden]x[hidden]cm) + armchairs + TV, access to the south-facing corner balcony - Kitchen area open to the dining room equipped (oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nesspresso capsule coffee machine) storage cupboards with cookware - A large bedroom with 2 twin beds pushed together to form 1 double bed ([hidden]cm) with a double duvet + 2 single bunk beds (80cm) + closet + access to the corner balcony - Bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, towel dryer) - Separate toilet - Pets not allowed. Non-smoking.
