This property is amazing for large groups, especially when some like to stay up later than others. The game room being connected to the main house, but far away from the main bedrooms worked really well for our family. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

The house was more than suitable for 4 generations of family. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. There was plenty of space to spread out and really get comfortable. The labeling of the light switches was very helpful. The one limitation that wasn't clearly identified is there is no full bathroom readily available for the 2nd bedroom on the main floor (we shared the primary bathroom). My suggestion would be to use some of the space from the primary bedroom closet (which is practically another room) and make a 3/4 bathroom. The only other concern was the hot tub had a lot of foam that formed when it was running (that is a definitive sign that it needs to be emptied, cleaned and refilled (I'm in the pool & hot tub business). Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool and the whole back porch area space is so peaceful and relaxing. The extra large game room gave us a great space to gather at the end of the day.

Excellent property

The Mystic Enchantment property outside of Dripping Springs was a fantastic getaway for my family. It was large enough where you did not feel like you were in each others space, but also had plenty of gathering spots to be together. We really enjoyed the patio, the pool, the game room, and the views. Highly recommend.

Austin Vacation Rentals was a great host-they answered any & all questions prior to & during. We enjoyed our time at Mystic Enchantment & will definitely be back. The house was very clean with very comfortable beds, linens & towels. The kitchen was very spacious with commercial appliances. A very large walk in pantry held all of our food for the long weekend. The dining room had a table that seated 10 & the kitchen had a table that seated 5 along with barstools for an additional 4 people to sit. We spent majority of our time outside around the pool area. The back porch had large rocking chairs that is where we spent most mornings enjoying our coffee. There is a nice sitting area under the large trees that provide shade for the pool area. There area tables, chairs, fire pit & a bbq pit that can be ran off propane (on one side) or charcoal (on the other side). There is a hot tub, but being July in Texas we didn't bother with it. The pool is where we spent most of our days. The game room had a pool table that kept the "big kids" as well as the teenagers entertained. The teenagers enjoyed the game room since it gave them a space away from the adults. The garage apartment had 4 queen beds (2 beds in a bedroom) with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, etc) with a bathroom & shower. This was a great space & was so nice to have the kitchen where we didn't have to go to the main house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you for the fantastic review. Glad the Stay Local Austin team could answer your questions and that Hill Country Mystic Enchantment worked so well for your group — from the clean, comfortable beds and spacious kitchen/pantry to the large dining areas. Happy to hear the pool, back porch, shaded seating, fire pit, dual-fuel BBQ, game room, and garage apartment gave everyone plenty of space to relax and play. We’d love to host you again on your next visit.

Great hill country staycation!

We ended up having to cancel a trip to padre last minute due to work and tried to make it up to our kids with a staycation in dripping. This place did not disappoint! A well appointed, huge place with guest quarters and a large game room with an arcade game, pool and ping pong table, along with a fantastic pool and hot tub with a great territorial view and privacy. Our kids LOVED it and we're sorry to leave. The visiting deer and night sky were lovely and it was just what we needed to reconnect and enjoy each other.

First Visit to Austin

Absolutely beautiful property. Lives up to all of the photos. My friends and I of many years just visited as a chance to get away together and spend some quality time while visiting Austin and its downtown scene. The property itself is gorgeous, plenty of space for a large family. We had reached out to the property manager with a hot tub issue, they were there within an hour to fix it. Would definitely like to check out another listing hosted by We Love Vacations.

Beautiful Home Great Location

Stayed with friends for a birthday getaway weekend. The home was great and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have the pool in the Texas summer heat. Not too far from the wineries, distilleries, grocery store, etc. Bonus was the armadillo who came to visit in the backyard and the zebra (we think it was a zebra) we could see in the pasture behind the house! Only draw back was all the ants on the patio (which they had sprayed while we were there).
