The condo is amazing! It's outside the craziness of Destin and Pensacola, and you cannot beat the view. We loved it and recommend it.

Fantastic location, great place to stay, unbelievable views from the penthouse balcony overlooking the ocean. Had a tiny bit of havoc due to severe thunderstorm but host communicated great and all back on line remarkably fast. The unit is very clean, new, comfortable, and well designed. Perfect for the family or spacious for a couple. Great spot!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and the beach. The Condo HOA experienced an entire building water pump fail. The HOA had it repaired in a few hours. Please come again and enjoy the Florida sunshine, white sand beaches and views from the rooftop penthouse!

Fantastic property - the rooftop deck was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we need to make a small thanksgiving feast.Excellent communication - hosts were easy to communicate with and took care of an issue with internet quickly.We would definitely stay here again.

Ben was a GREAT guest. He was patient with a slow internet. The HOA is getting new high speed Fiber installed in all units soon. Excellent guest.

We spent a week at the Top Dawg in May. It was excellent. The view is amazing and the beach chairs and umbrella included were perfect for our days on the beach. The roof top patio and lounge chairs are perfect for afternoon relaxing and / or sunning. An added bonus was that the unit next door in the West building was vacant all week. It truly was our own little paradise. We will definitely return.

Fantastic Vacation

We loved the rooftop balcony! Almost didn’t need to go down to the beach at all! Also loved the large windows in the living room providing an amazing view. Very relaxing vacation!

Great Communication with owners, place is stunning, views were amazing, fav. part was the oversized balcony. Def. will keep this as a favorite for future stays. Navarre Beach and Summerwind has always been our place we call home on vacation.

Spring Break

We stayed for Spring Break 2022 with our children. Owners were very easy to communicate with and property was great for us and our kids!
