Located just an easy walk from beaches and Silver Lake, this family-friendly charming home is the perfect retreat for your next family vacation to Rehoboth Beach! This two-story home is all about entertainment, whether it's indoors or outdoors. Outside, the enclosed backyard is a great spot to unwind with the family. You will come across a well-furnished deck with plenty of seating space, including an outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals al fresco, a refreshing and secluded outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, and an in-ground private pool. We definitely understand if you would rather spend most of your time outside!

Inside this charming, coastal-themed home, you will find a cozy living room with a large sectional in front of a large flatscreen TV. This is perfect if you are looking for a great and comfortable place to rest after swimming in the pool or visiting the heart of town. Pull out any of the board games available and gather around the coffee table or dining table for an entertaining evening with your friends. The kitchen boasts plenty of space to move around and counter space to work on, plus great appliances that will make cooking a breeze. From the kitchen, you will have access to a comfortable sunroom, which also opens up to the backyard. This home's first level also hosts three bedrooms (two of them with flatscreen TVs) and two full bathrooms. Climb up the stairs to find two more bedrooms sharing a full bath. One of these bedrooms has a small desk with a printer and monitor. Above the garage is an in-law suite with partial A/C and a full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
