Terrific house and location!

The house is really nicely decorated and finished. Great bedrooms, all with baths. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the pool and home theatre are huge bonuses. Great location, too.

Rehoboth home

Couldn’t have worked out better. Excellent location, spacious, comfortable, very nice pool, well appointed. We had three generations of family there, and all of us had a great stay.

We had a wonderful week in this very well appointed home. Our kids enjoyed the pool and game room enormously and we all loved the in-home theatre. Michael was a superb and responsive host. He made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions promptly and helpfully. I mentioned to him that the house bedrooms description of the kids bunk room should be updated to reflect the actual beds in it. The top bunk is a twin, the bottom a double bed with a trundle twin under it. All in all, it was a lovely to be in Rehoboth and in such a welcoming home.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful vacation property!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property in mid-Sept 2022. The house, appliances and furnishing are all new, modern and clean. Well laid out and beautifully decorated. Great outdoor pool & lounge area. Nice theater room in basement A short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Michael (host) is very attentive and promptly responds to questions or needs. Will certainly consider this location for future vacations.

Absolutely amazing

As soon as we saw the saw the pictures of this house we were excited for this trip. We’ll, the pictures didn’t do the house justice. The house itself is stunning, everything was incredibly clean when we arrived, and Michael, the host, was so easy to reach and talk to for any questions we had. Absolutely 5/5 would stay again

Check-in and check-out were seamless. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies. Our extended family of 12 fit so perfectly in the spacious bedrooms, and the common areas were large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. The basement game room and theater were a huge hit with the teens in our group, and the pool and cabana were perfection. This property is in a great location, in walking distance to the beach, parks, and Rehoboth Ave. It's a beautiful house that truly hits every mark.

Terrific beach house!

My extended family of 7 adults and 4 kids absolutely loved this place. Clean and new, with a fabulous gourmet kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. I love that every single bedroom has its own bathroom! The location is perfect; quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to the beach and the main drag. And the saltwater pool was a big hit (no chlorine!). Lots of amenities (movie room, foosball table, etc.). My family is already planning for next year!

Annual Couples Beach Trip

It was a great property for our group of friends! Craig the property manager was awesome and provided solid communication and support throughout. He went the extra mile to help us with a table for an outside dinner we arranged. The house and outside area were meticulous. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Neighbors were quiet. We already booked for next year.

Best of Class - New Rehoboth

Having visited Rehoboh for the last 60 years our recent family stay (adult kids and grandchild) had the pleasure of staying at this property. From the pictures was won over, but the property in real life was even more spectacular. Modern with every comfort and highest quality furnishings, beds and baths. six flat screens, complete kitchen and high end appliances. The pool-perfect, and the icing on this property was an amazing Property Manager whose communication and care in preparing and checking on the property was as the title says...best of class. Even with the Tropical Storm, our visit to Rehoboth was once of the best. Don't miss this.

This was our second year at Villa Rehoboth, and it surpassed the first. Multiple upgrades were made to the house, and it accommodated our 11 person party perfectly. Everything was clean and well appointed. The pool was the perfect temperature. The screened porch was just lovely during storms. We hope to return next year because it's just the nicest house in the best location. Oh, and the property manager is an absolute gem.
