This spacious, single-story family home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in the heart of Katy, TX, near Cinco Ranch. Located across from a neighborhood walking trail, it's perfect for kids with plenty of toys and just around the corner from a sand volleyball court, basketball court, and park. You'll be within walking distance of restaurants and Starbucks, and close to all the top attractions: LaCenterra, Katy Mills Mall, Katy Asian Town, Main Event, Buc-ee's, Andretti’s, Home Run Dugout, PopStroke, TopGolf, Cheesecake Factory, and Bass Pro Shop.

This home is located in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood near LaCenterra, Cinco Ranch, I-10, and Highway 99. The open living space features comfortable, modern furniture—perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends.

Our extended stay at this home was absolutely perfect for my family. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The home was immaculately clean and had great accommodations for our family of six.The walking trail right across the street made for the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after working from home all day, and the playground in the backyard was a wonderful touch for the kids. We especially loved having dinner on the back patio at sunset, it quickly became one of our favorite family routines.The location is also incredibly convenient, close to everything in Katy. This home truly made our temporary stay feel like home. Highly recommend!

You cant beat the view from the house. The open view of the 4+Acre field which has recently been transformed to a walking track is perfect for the morning and evening walks. No Front or Rear Neighbors makes your stay feel private.

The light walls and comfy beds make for a comfortable stay. House is stocked with Toys, Dishes & Spices. It's the little details that make the difference. House is in walking distance to some great restaurants.
