We absolutely loved our stay!! I opened the front door and could see the ocean through the patio doors!! Clean, comfortable and great access to the beach!! I e already booked it for next year!

Great location, very clean and everything you need. The beach chairs set up everyday and the two bikes to use were so nice to have.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location was convenient to Seaside area and Rosemary beach with just a short bike ride away! Tricia was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The ocean view was spectacular and the beach service which was included was the icing on the cake! Thank you Tricia for putting so much thought and effort into making your renters' vacation so enjoyable!

This place was awesome for our needs. Looking out the windows to gulf was awesome. You could even hear the waves. The beach service was seamless and could easily go back and forth to condo we needed something. The bikes were also a great addition. It was an easy ride to alys and Rosemary for shopping or eating. Tricia was very helpful and easy to contact.What a wonderful place! We will be back.

A spotless and well appointed condo... everything you need to kickback, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous beach. Great restaurants nearby. Communication with owner was excellent, Comfortable patio to sit and enjoy the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rate this property as the best stay out of many over the years. Don't miss this great location on 30A!

This is an amazing place to stay. There is a beautiful view from the patio and you’re just steps away from the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up each day made for a more enjoyable day by the ocean. My wife loves to cook and was impressed with how good the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pots,pans, and other utensils. Having a ground floor unit made for easy access to the beach for sunset views. The bed was very comfortable and clean. To sum it up, the location is great and close to dining and entertainment. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beach access is just out the patio doors. Great communication with the host. We loved our stay and plan to book here again.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Tide! The condo was clean, easy beach access, wonderful location, and top notch communication from the owner!! I would 100% love to stay here again. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to kick back, relax, and enjoy all that 30a has to offer!

Fantastic stay!

The property is right on a gorgeous beach, with chair service- never too crowded. The condo is decorated so nicely. It had everything I needed (and more) to cook and all the creature comforts. The owner is lovely and wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to return!

This place is wonderful! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The shower was great. Beach service was so easy. Tricia checked in on us and was very easy to communicate with. The whole process was seamless and easy. Hands down one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had and we would love to stay here again.

Great experience

From booking all the way to leaving, we had a very smooth experience. The room was great, the owner was always available to answer any questions we had, and the private beach was wonderful. And you are close to two great restaurants, amici and amigos. Overall great experience!

Great Place

Very clean and nicely updated. The owners did an excellent job making this a complete turn key property, and I can tell were very thoughtful about the functionality of unit. We had everything we needed to have a carefree stay as a family of four.

Home away from home

We have stayed at Blue Tide many times. This was our first stay at 5A. It was lovely. Trish was so very helpful. Checked on me many times before and even during our stay to make sure all was well. We love Blue Tide!
