This house is one of the best places I have stayed. It was very spacious clean and comfortable beds. Had more amenities for kitchen and rooms than any place. More beds then we need and will definitely rent again when in town Mike N

We had a wonderful stay. We attended our daughter’s graduation from CU Boulder and the house was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals.

Great Place

Used this house for my crew at a trade show and it was clean, comfortable, and way cheaper than hotel rooms for everyone. Definitely will use again.

Clean house, enjoyed the stay. Only complaint was apparently the pool is limited to 4 people at a time which was not advertised on the listing.

Clean and spacious

The house was amazing clean when we checked in. The rooms were spacious and perfect for the number of guests we had. Would recommend!

So much space!

My family was in town for a graduation and we needed room for 12 people, adults and kids. This place was perfect. The hosts were so thoughtful and made check in and out very easy. I recommend!

We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is large and has awesome space for guests. We each had our own bedroom. Bedroom sizes are great. We appreciated having a washer and dryer- laundry soap was included! There is also a very nice steamer for use. which came in handy for a wedding we attended. There are multiple bathrooms so no waiting. The neighborhood is so nice. Very residential with nice people. Feels extremely safe. The pool is an absolute treat! It's really large and perfect for kids! Host was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. We would stay again!

We were here for my son’s wedding. Property was nice and clean! If I had to suggest anything is that a TV and a ceiling fan be put in every bedroom. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Colorado Summer Trip

We had a great time on our visit to Colorado! This VRBO is conveniently located if you want to visit Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods and/or Estes Park/RMNP. The pool is beautiful as well. Home was well stocked, extremely spacious and spotless.

Lovely home. Plenty of room

We had 6 adults and 5 children stay. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood pool was great! Large kitchen. Good sized bedrooms. The property manager was great!

This was an excellent experience all around. The house was actually more spacious than the pics represented and was well maintained and equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the owner was quick to help out and even went above and beyond more than once to make sure things were taken care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.
