This house was great! Very clean and spacious! Having two refrigerators in the kitchen was very helpful. It would’ve been nice to have a something to put our suitcases on in the basement. But overall, it was great! Very peaceful place.

What a view has an amazing view and a great location. Plenty of room for large groups. Kim is a great host and easy to communicate with. We come here every year!

We had a great time at this lakefront property. We booked both "What a View" and "The Lake House" for a family trip. The location was excellent and we had plenty of space for a family of 15. Kim was very responsive when we contacted her. Loved it!

Spacious home with an amazing deck and view of the lake. We had 8 adults and plenty of room without feeling cramped. Living room seating is for 5 at best, so if you have a crowd you’ll need to bring over benches from the dining table or bring in chairs from the deck. House was well-appointed and the two full sized fridges came in really handy! Definitely bring water shoes as the lake bottom is all rocks and clay. We didn’t have much luck catching fish but managed to reel in several snapping turtles! Overall we had a great time together at this quiet and relaxing place!

What A View is a great place to stay. Plenty of room and the lake view is beautiful!

Family vacay

The house was clean and comfortable. Having the second refrigerator was very helpful. The lake is beautiful. We enjoyed watching nature and relaxing on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view , amazing house

We had an amazing family time here. The house had PLENTY of room for everyone, the view was amazing, and it made the vacation perfect. Kim is wonderful to communicate with and the area is wonderful. Will visit again and recommend!

Time to relax on the lake

Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Our host was always easy to get ahold of and very friendly. I would highly recommend this lovely home...

This was our sixth stay in this house and is our favorite place to stay. We go on a family vacation every year and have stayed in different houses but once we found this one we felt like we were home. The house is spacious and everyone can have both their personally space and space to gather together. The lake is at a perfect angle to walk in or jump off the dock and there is plenty of room for the boat. The property manager Amy is wonderful anytime we needed to talk with her she was available.

Gorgeous Views

We fished off the dock, toured local properties (purpose of our visit), visited Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Bristol and Panther Creek for hikes...a very spacious and comfortable house to make our home-base. Can't wait to come back! 5 🌟 stars

The Lake

It’s always an enjoyable time at the lake house with family. We were in the water everyday. The new dock and ladder is a great addition.
