Excellent Host!!

Beautiful place! Host Alice was beyond helpful! She was so essy to reach and her kindess is unmatched. The place was perfect for us! Absolutely relaxing. Great parking! Only thing would be good is to add a couple more chairs to the wonderful patio! We will return

Family stay in Rosemary Beach

The condo was a perfect place for our family of 4. Close to the beach and town and the 2 bikes included were great to get out and see some of the other beach towns.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay. The condo was within walking/biking distance to the pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was clean and very peaceful. We will stay here again, no doubt.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condos location is so peaceful, yet still right near everything. The bikes were my family’s favorite!! The property manager, Alice, was so responsive and kind. We’ve been to a lot of places and this was by far our favorite. We are already planning our trip to come back!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect place for us at Rosemary Beach. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We love staying at RB and will definitely try to book this property again!

Great condo in Rosemary

This is a great property on the backside of the rosemary development. We really enjoyed being in a convenient location but away from the main hubs of activity. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

lovely condo in great beach spot

Rosemary Beach is so fun. The porch of the condo overlooking the green is terrific. Bikes are a must in RB so glad they were included.

A Little Piece of Paradise

This flat was perfect for the three of us! Everything was exactly as portrayed. We only had one minor request and Vicky didn't hesitate to accommodate us! The location is perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we return to Rosemary Beach!

Amazing experience

My family had the best time. I loved the location of the property, and everything was even better than we expected. I felt that the owner and property managers went above and beyond to make us feel like home on our trip. We had tons of space and loved everything about it. I am already looking into booking my next stay here!

Peaceful and tranquil

We had a wonderful stay. This condo was Less than a five minute walk from all the shops and eating at Rosemary. The unit was so clean and well stocked with everything you need. A wedding Happened to be going on in the Square right outside the condo so we were able to listen to music while we relaxed. It was a great stay. Would absolutely come back again.

Amazing, repeat stay

We loved this property so much last year, we booked it again for our rosemary beach trip this year. My kids, wife and I had an amazing experience, again! The apartment is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, spacious, and spotless clean. The balcony view oversees trees, and being on the top floor feels private. It's very well located. Steps away from center square, and a pleasant 10min walk to the beach. Alice, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very helpful answering questions, ensuring we had a great stay We hope to be back again!

From the balcony, nestled amongst the tree tops, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while you enjoy the open green space of St. Augustine green. Stroll through the oaks and over the quaint wooden walk ways as you make your way to one of the private pools, or to the dedicated beach access. You can explore the many shops and restaurants offered in Rosemary Beach, or stroll along 30A to Seacrest or Alys Beaches and check out more shopping and dining options. Rosemary Beach also offers beautiful nature trails, walking paths, small “pocket” parks, gardens and artwork.

. The master bedroom is comfortable with new furnishings and linens, a tv and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, stand alone shower and dual sinks.
The hall bath has a combination shower and tub. The queen bedroom has a generous closet and new smart tv.
The kitchen is well equipped for those nights that you feel like cooking, and there is a washer and dryer located in a laundry closet.
The dining table seats 4 with bar stools at the counter for extra seating.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, chairs and a large Tv. The couch forms a sleeper sofa for 2.
The balcony overlooks the lush green space of St. Augustine green.
Rosemary Beach offers all the necessities for a perfect beach get away- sun, sand, saltwater, pools, shopping and dining all just outside your door! For adventures further away, explore other beach communities and state parks along 30A, or head west into San Destin for outlet shopping or east into Panama City Beach for shopping at Pier Park. The area offers helicopter tours, boating, offshore fishing, water parks, golf courses and many outdoor festivals and concerts.
