Hello, we are completely confused by your review. Are you sure you have the right home? AC works fine. No issues or problems. We even reached out to you to see if you had any questions or concerns like we always do to all of our guests one day into their stay. No response from you. We would’ve been happy to come over and address any questions you may have had. Again, we are thoroughly confused by this review 🤔

My family and I had a wonderful time at this rental. Sandra was a wonderful host. Promptly answered and questions and everything was just as stated. Great location to several beaches and had a great pool available to use as well. There were plenty of board games there as well as a hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend as an excellent option. Thank you for hosting our first family vacation to Florida!
