We needed a place for 20 people for a reunion of sorts and this place was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room to relax and congregate in. Great location near the Disney area. Owner was very easy to work with and communication with them was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Would stay here again!

We appreciate Carlos being a wonderful guest. I do want all future guests to know however, that we always strive to provide our guests with five star experiences at all of our properties. This is the first four star review we have received in any of our nine properties in almost 18 months. Therefore, we invite guests to please look through our reviews to see that we will strive to provide you with a five star experience. Whenever we receive feedback from our guests, we will quickly make adjustments or investments to ensure that our properties are beautiful, pristine, and updated.

Darrielle We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our Disney Vacation Home and we would welcome you and your family and friends back to any of our vacation homes at any time! I wanted to respond to your comments about parking at Solterra Resort. My wife and I invest significant dollars and time to keep our homes maintained, cleaned and sanitized, updated and exciting. We know our guests are on vacation so it is our intent to provide guests with a true, exciting vacation experience. Like all resorts and vacation destinations, parking regulations are established to maintain a clean and organized destination and to avoid chaos that might erupt without the existence of regulations. As long as our guests follow the regulations that are provided prior to check in, parking does not have to be an issue. I'm sorry about your frustrations but otherwise, I am happy you enjoyed this beautiful vacation home with so many amenities. We hope to see you again, next time you are in the area! Craig and Karen

Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and beach towels, and having two refrigerators and laundry facilities on both levels was a huge plus.We experienced a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, including a cloudy and green pool upon arrival and a couple of smoke detectors needing new batteries, but the property manager, Dario, was responsive and worked to address our concerns.Overall, this was a great home for a large family gathering. We made many wonderful memories here and would definitely consider staying again.

We are always extremely pleased when our guests enjoy their time at one of our properties! Given we have primarily received five star reviews on this beautiful Disney home, we wish there were some details added so we could address why a four-star review was provided. Although some owners would be satisfied with a four star review, we are not. If we aren’t providing our guests with five-star experiences, we obviously need to make an adjustment. We will contact these guests to see why we didn’t achieve a five star review in their minds, and we will make any adjustments necessary! Thanks for visiting us!😎

Great House for large families!

Our family of 22 loved the house and had plenty of room. Only issue we had was the rude security guards at the front gate. Other than that the house was clean and had plenty of amenities for everyone!

Great stay, beautiful home, very local to the parks. We were in the area for a family reunion and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms suited our needs without feeling like we were over crowded. The game room upstairs was a hit with the young and old, especially the old school arcade games. There were a few small issues over our week long stay that were quickly resolved by the property manager, Dario. The owner, Craig, was great and very responsive to all messages.

Girls’ Trip

Eight of us stayed at the home. The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate all of us to have our own bedroom and en suite. The pool area was nice with the hot tub. We opted for a heated pool and spa for the weekend and we all enjoyed that. Great communication with the property owner from start to finish. We had a wonderful time!
