We loved this property! We had 2 families with a total of 10 people for a week, and had plenty of space! The kitchen is stocked better than any place we’ve stayed. The property is well taken care of, is beautiful and quiet. I would stay here again and I highly recommend you try it.

Beautiful property with a number of outdoor areas to enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods. The interior of the home is also beautifully done. We appreciated Melissa’s flexibility to work with us on schedules and dates.

Beautiful Space on Red Cedar

Very well-appointed, beautifully decorated house on Red Cedar Lake. We loved the front porch, campfire area, access to the lake and the location near Birchwood.

Great location- beautiful home!

We had 8 adults and 2 kids and there was enough room for all of us. We sat by the fire pit every night and fished from the dock. We also rented their pontoon and the lakes are fantastic!

We had a wonderful week staying at Red Cedar Cottage. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time swimming at Pickle Island. Balsam Lake was better for fishing. The only thing we were bummed about was not being able to swim or catch fish from the dock due to shallow water. The owners provided everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, and the owners were very responsive if we had a question. This is one of the best places that we have stayed. It was very clean and plenty of amenities.

Lovely cottage

Cottage met all of our expectations, was clean and perfectly decorated. The owners did a great job on this home. Communication with the owner (Melissa) was fantastic as well!

Family Stay

What a beautiful home!! It was truly a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved the big windows and natural lightning. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive.

Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Lots of bath and beach towels for use. The fire pit is in a great spot on the property with lots of chairs to use. Very private lot with great walking areas in the neighborhood.

Girls weekend

Of all the places we’ve stayed in Birchwood this property was by far the absolute best! Not only was the location beautiful the lake home was so well decorated and all the amenities were beyond our expectations. The owners are so easy to work with.

Amazing Property - Beautiful Home

This was our 3rd annual family vacation to WI Northland. We were extreamly happy with the accomdations. The home is updated and had everything we needed. Baths were well stocked with linens along with beach towels and blankets were available. We enjoyed the lovely fire ring, firewood and grilled daily. Could not have asked for anything more. Amazing through and through! Many thanks.
