Large, clean, updated and comfortable property in a perfect location close to trolley stops, the beach, shopping and dining. We really enjoyed the amenities like the games, putting green, pool, hot tub, plenty of seating in the patio area, large televisions, spacious porches, and the rooftop deck too. The rental and fees do add up so it is not an inexpensive week, but the house worked out well for a milestone family trip with four generations. We have vacationed on the island for about 10 years in other rentals and enjoyed a little more luxury this year.

Our party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day! Love the bathrooms, extra fridge in the basement, pool lights were amazing (to be noted: once we figured out the Aux 2 button turns them on - this needs updated in the house binder provided). My only discomfort was sleeping under cheap polyester bedding on every single bed. Nothing robs of sleep more than sleeping under plastic 7 nights in a row. Be prepared to buy paper products, laundry soap, trash bags, and to wash towels/washcloths every other day. I also recommend emptying the dehumidifier every time it's full; otherwise the house will bave a pungent mold smell.

Great Amenities, Close to Beach

We stayed with 11 people, including two young children and the house was perfect for our needs. The outdoor amenities were wonderful and the walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the house and the management company was excellent at communicating and fixing our issues immediately. We left a high chair in the home for future guests with babies.

Absolutely perfect!

This house was all that and more! My family, 11 of us celebrated my 40th birthday for the week! The beach is only a couple blocks away so super easy walk and they provided beach chairs and a wagon to pull all your stuff! The pool and hot tub were perfect for a day after the beach and the house was huge so nobody was ever on top of eash other. The property management company was helpful with any questions we had. I miss this place already, everything about this trip was perfect!

The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The size was perfect for our party of 12.The amenities were great-from the pool to ping-pong to putt putt, our kids loved it. It’s only a short distance to the beach and the outdoor shower is a great way to wash off the sand. We did call the host/customer services about two things: the coffee maker, and the temperature of the house. When we arrived, there was a coffee maker, but it had no coffee pot with it. We called the office about this and a coffee pot was delivered within the day. The thermostats were set so that the temperature in the house could never get below 70, even when we tried to adjust them. We asked for the temperature to be lowered to 68 at night, which the host accommodated, and which helped us sleep better.

Seas the Day by AMI Locals sounds like it was a fantastic fit for your group, Celeste! With plenty of space for 12 guests, fun amenities like the pool, ping-pong, and putt-putt, and easy access to the beach, it sounds like there was something for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor shower is definitely a favorite feature after a day spent in the sand. We're glad the team was able to quickly deliver a replacement coffee pot and assist with the thermostat settings to make your stay more comfortable. We always want guests to feel right at home and get the most out of their vacation. Description of home and area were accurate.

We went for yearly friend vacation. House has a great location to beach and restaurants, its spacious with good bedroom and bathroom sizes. The pool is always in the shade due to their landscaping which was a little disappointing. The accommodations for the kitchen are very basic. We had to buy kitchen towels because there was one dish cloth and one hand towel. We left them and a few other basics, hopefully they will be there for the next person.
