Siesta key Stay

Great location, plenty of room, close to the beach, close to the village. Kids were entertained with pool and outside area. Great place to stay.

Siesta Key Beach for Large Group

Awesome High Tides house is perfect for a large group of family and friends. Beautiful decks around the entire house (including rooftop) with very nice pool, hot tub, and slide. Only a block away from amazing Sesta Key beach. Highly recommend this place.

Incredible stay!

This fit our family’s needs perfectly. There was enough space for 13 of us ranging in age from 2-75 to have the togetherness and separation we needed. The location is perfect. The pool, slide and hot tub were the main attractions.

Fantastic house

The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic. Half a block from the beach (maybe 2 minutes) and two blocks from Siesta Key Village. Plenty of room for our party of 10. Would highly recommend

Siesta key

We loved this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had a lovely pool. The whole house was spacious and well decorated.

House was perfect! Amazing location, great decor, private pool area. We loved it all.

One of the best VRBO rentals we have had. Super well-designed and clean. Perfect location close to town and the beach. Property Manager was best we've seen.

Property was beautiful. Location was excellent. Owner responded quickly to any problems. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on when insects are most abundant.

Fun for all ages

Spent a week at this beautiful house. It was perfect for us as all the adults/couples had their own king size bed and en-suite bathroom and all five kids ages 3 to 7 were in the bunk room. It is a truly great set up and EVERYONE was in the pool/hot tub for hours every day! Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time together!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for large groups

We love our time at this place. The house was beautiful and so large with ample amount of space to hang out in. Everything was clean and very well kept. The hot tub was cold at first but we figured that out. Also the communication with the property managers was really easy. Overall we loved the house and location. Perfect walking distance to the beach and then also to all the restaurants and everything to do in siesta key.

Wonderful!

Incredible location, walking distance to the village and beach! We loved the pool, slide and hot tub! It was a great set up for our group which was 4 families. Great big kitchen and porches. We had a few minor maintenance issues-one washer/dryer out for the week. The grill and elevator had issues, but the maintenance team came the same day to fix. Those concerns did not ruin our week. We had the BEST time!!!

Awesome House - Great Location

House is as advertised! Pictures Accurate! Walk to the beach in 5 mins (one small block from beach)! Walk to downtown Siesta Key in 5 mins (one small block)! In the middle of everything but we’ll designed house to make you think you are not in the middle of everything! Best pool on VRBO we have been at yet…. All pool controls at your finger tips including pool heat vs bugging property manager - thank god! All properties should be like this! A++++ we will be back!

Great house great location dirty

Cleanliness was questionable upon our arrival. I replied to a received letter email and listed the most disturbing fractions; never heard back by whoever sent it. Love the house, the location and Siesta Key. The house appeared to have been cleaned long before our arrival ( days even weeks?) this looked unsanitary. Thank you Debbie Brown

Great Stay in SK

Our family had a fantastic week staying in this beautiful home! We will be back. The only 2 complaints are the couches are stained and look dirty. We were told the people in the house the week before really did a number on the couches and they steamed cleaned them before us checking in. We appreciated that. Also there were 2 holes in the walls behind door in master bedroom with blood splatters. So unfortunate how people treat these beautiful homes!! Like I said we will be back and no fault to the property management or owners. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

High Tide

We checked in at 4PM and found 3 young women lounging around the pool/hot tub, eating and drinking, and it appeared that they had tried to gain access via a balcony using a chair. SKLRP was notified and responded immediately, but it was a little unsettling. The property was very nice and clean, however there were a few issues. Only one of the 2 washer/dryers was working, and the majority of bedrooms had no dresser, so one had to "live out of a suitcase." One of the shower doors would not close properly. Mosquitoes were a problem around the pool area and maybe a fan might help, understanding that mosquitoes can be a problem anywhere. Also, many of the doors leading out to the balconies from the bedrooms would not lock.......not sure if this is intentional but wanted you to know. Overall, we had a lovely week and will be back to Siesta Key in the future.
