A nice property in a good location. We've stayed there three times now, and very little has changed - which isn't a good thing. I think the owners/property managers need to take a good inventory of what is available for their guest's use. There are a lot of areas needing attention. For starters, one of the shower heads barely had water flow. We reported it the first day of our stay, and someone came to look at it day two... It was simple fix (screw on a new one), but when we left a week later it was still not repaired. The frying pans provided are non-stick and scratched down to the bare metal and disgusting. There is not a decent sharp knife to use in food prep. No wine glasses. The vacuum cleaner in the unit is broken and won't pick up anything from the floor. We were also subjected to a lot of mess and noise the entire week with some sort of construction underway on the exterior. We were never notified this would be under-way during our stay. We had to step over dust, dirt, nails, screws and various tools and building materials on and around the stairs all week.

We enjoyed our short stay and would def come again. Thank you for great communication and the little snack and water upon arrival. Loved that you had the AC on and music playing for ambiance.

Quiet condo with amenities!

Pleasant short stay. Comfy Beds, nice patio, pool and workout room within the complex. Great little beach and close to Secret Harbor. Recommend having a car to enjoy the area and restaurants nearby.

Nice, although older, complex in St. Thomas with good location. This kind of place was hard to find. The condo was comfortable, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Kitchen could've used more cups and glassware. We could not get the dishwasher to work. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud, but after the 2nd night it quieted down. Decent place to stay, we were only there 2 days.

Joanne and Raymond were very accommodating, and were attentive if we needed any help. The property was so well kept, and they made it so easy to get in on arrival!

Holiday Vacation in Paradise

We have stayed at the Anchorage in the past, and it was great to be back! Joanne was an incredible host, from start to end. We appreciated her expedient communication, as well as the little niceties to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is clean and well-maintained with a lovely view of the harbor. We hope to be back!

Loved the location. Close to the beach & pool. The condo was accommodating to do a lot of cooking. A few things missing but we improvised with what we had. I would definitely stay again.

The unit was nice. There were minor things like sheets having stains, the main shower not draining well bc part of the glass probably broke at one time, the dryer was usable but broken, the gate to the gated community is broken nd has been it seems for a while

Beautiful and comfortable

We spent a week enjoying the condo. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. The view is amazing and we spent as much time as we could on the patio. There’s a closet with beach accessories to use. Joanne was easy to communicate with. We loved the location of the condo and how close it was to Red Hook.

There was no air conditioning for 4 days. The host refused to place us in alternative housing when the unit was not livable in temperatures of over 80 degrees. In addition, the floor in the kitchen was wet all the time, we thought it was a defective refrigerator, but learned that the kitchen sink was defective

Family vacay

Accommodation was very nice, mattresses were very comfortable, plenty of bath towels and we never had a problem with the hot water with 4 people showering. There were only 4 beach towels. It would have been nice if the condo was equipped with 4 beach chairs instead of 2 sport’s chairs. Nice size cooler to take to the beach. Great views, location is 5 minutes away from Red Hook. Sliding door to patio needs to be fixed as it made a clanking sound when closing. Overall had a great stay!!
