Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our pet fee is clearly stated in the listing prior to booking so guests are aware of the charge when making their reservation. We appreciate your feedback regarding the amount and will certainly keep it in mind. We hope to welcome you and your mini Goldendoodle back again!

Thanks so much — this made our day! We love that Lift House keeps being your spot year after year. There’s nothing better than hearing that it feels easy, clean, and just works for your trips. And yes… that hot tub really is a rare find — especially after a long day on the slopes at Vail. Being steps from the lifts and all the great restaurants is exactly why we love it too. Can’t wait to have you back again — see you next time! Evan Lift House Manager

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate you letting us know about the vending machine and door sensor. We’ll be addressing both items with our team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad you enjoyed the property and our great location. I'm truly sorry to hear about your daughter's injury—I hope she is feeling better. We always do our best to accommodate late check-out requests whenever possible, but during peak times, our housekeeping schedule is tightly managed to ensure the next guests arrive to a clean and ready room. I understand how stressful your situation must have been, and I regret that we weren’t able to extend a late check-out in this instance. Please reach out to Patricia on your next visit as we’d love the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more seamless stay. Wishing your daughter a smooth recovery!
