Hibernation Station is the perfect basecamp for all your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Located an easy walking distance, along beautiful and relaxing Baskins Creek, from the most popular attractions in Gatlinburg!

Decorated with rustic décor to give you that Smoky Mountain feeling! Featuring log beds, bear décor, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a 75" TV!

Your entrance to Hibernation Station is through the lower level which has the laundry washer and dryer in the hallway and a king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower.

The main level has another king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room with queens sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and balcony are all on the main level.

The spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen bed, arcade game and a full bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Amazing Getaway!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was in the perfect location, loved the unit, and even got to see some bears. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect spot for a getaway

It was in a great location. If you’re looking to walk the strip there’s no need to drive. You can leave your car at the property and it’s an easy 5-7 minute walk down to the strip. Great place for a family or even a friends vacation. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The townhome is very clean and updated. It was easy to walk to the main drag in Gatlinburg and easy to drive to the park and nearby hikes. The host was very easy to get in touch with, we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, Clean and Super Convenient Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to park entrance for hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This place was very nice and we loved the space. Very convenient and within walking distance from the aquarium. The kids were amazed with the spiral staircase. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful condo

Condo is comfortable, tastefully decorated with a wonderful porch. Location is convenient for walking to downtown Gatlinburg and driving to trailheads for hiking in the Smokies! Definitely would stay there again when we return.

Family time

We stayed here in October. 2023. The leaves were changing, an awesome time to be there. The townhouse was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. It was close to town. All you can ask for.

Look no further this is the most convenient location to stay especially if you don't want to do a lot of driving EVERYTHING is literally right there. And it's just about a 20min drive to the island. Property was great and very clean. The only problem we had, was that we continuously ran out of hot water. If you’re going to have that many adults in one place, then you need an ample supply of hot water. Other that’s that, it was great.

Short walk to Parkway

This cozy, clean, modern townhome was just what we expected! The contactless check-in is great. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are all stocked with anything you should need for a vacation. The screened in porch is great for peaceful evenings outside. With a nice short walk to parkway you are close enough to enjoy a walk but far enough away to still enjoy the peace and quiet. The host was great to deal with and anytime we needed anything they responded very quick. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect!

This condo was absolutely great!! We were traveling with four people ~2adults & 2teenagers. I loved how the unit had 3 bedrooms: a bedroom downstairs, one on the main level, & one bedroom/loft above our room upstairs. That gave us each plenty of room. The shower & shower head was amazing!! I also loved how in the bathrooms there were shelves to put your clothes & makeup, on. Normally at VRBO’s, I’m fighting to find a place for everything! I also loved how we had special treats like the complimentary snacks, toothbrushes, shaving cream, & razors. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO where they provided packets of shaving cream & toothpaste! Wow! The owner & caretaker of the unit were in constant communication with me (in a good way😉) just to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. I also liked all the “bear” decor & if you’re wanting to see a bear🐻; well, here’s your place! Lol! We saw one bear multiple times! Haha! I could say much more but believe me when I say it’s worth staying here! We’ll definitely be back!
