The house location was perfect. We loved the pools and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the selection of games and the ping pong table. The beds are super comfy and the house had plenty of basic essentials. We would stay again if we come to the area!

Old Kinderhook - Golf Trip

We recently stay at the Sea n' Green villa for a guys golf weekend getaway. The place was perfectly located close to the clubhouse and very clean.

Family Getaway

Our family loved this villa! It was perfectly appointed for all of our needs. The pool being right next door was highlight for the kids and the sunroom was highlight for morning coffee for the adults.

Very clean and nice property!

This property was very clean and nice. Great view out of the back of hole 14 on Old Kinderhook. Pool VERY close by and walking distance to the Old Kinderhook Resort. We really had a great time and the owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great house for relaxing

A great location for enjoying amenities at Old Kinderhook. Everything was clean and functional in the house; comfortable beds. Very convenient to swimming pool; great views of golf course. Short ride to Trophy Room restaurant and the tennis and pickle ball courts.

Sea n' Green - Golf Getaway

This was our second time renting the Sea n' Green property and both experiences have been extremely accommodating and convenient! The house location is perfect for a weekend golf getaway with the guys - it is walking distance from the club house. The host was extremely attentive and quick to address even the smallest of questions. Our group will be coming back to this location next year!

Best week ever!!!

Beautiful clean and well stocked home. The convenience of being right next to the pool was wonderful. The owners were very fast to answer questions and reply. My boys loved the golfing there. Beautiful property, and very upscale. We would definitely love to return. If we ever decide to purchase it would be in this area. The relaxation was just what my husband needed on this getaway.

Peaceful Weekend Escape

Our family met for a long weekend together, traveling from separate locations and arriving at different times. Having a code on the front door made arrivals convenient. The property was immaculate and spacious for the nine of us. The owners were attentive and reached out to provide shopping and dining suggestions. Our weekend couldn't have been more perfect and peaceful!

14th Fairway Villa at Old Kinderhook

Property exactly as stated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the ping pong table that wanted flat, it wasn't a big deal. My group got to spend more time at the villa than we had planned with a rained out golf day. The back patio was the ideal spot for hanging out. I imagine in the Lake of the Ozarks area, if not having a waterview isn’t a must you can't do any better tgan this place.group.

Fantastic house in a great location

This house was exactly as described. It was very clean and the host was accessible for our questions regarding recommendations. The pool next door made it very convenient with the kids. The sun porch was the place we spent most of our time as it was beautiful, relaxing, and a great view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed morning coffee out there watching the various deer, birds and even the grounds crew prepare the course. The kids had their own space downstairs with all the board games, ping pong table, and second family room with large screen tv. Every room of the house was beautifully appointed and had it's own smart tv. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our dinners in. The house was just down the road from the clubhouse which made it very close for the golfers. Overall, a great stay and hope to come back again next summer! Would highly recommend.

great golf trip with our retired friends

This was our first time visiting the lake area and we're so happy we found this house. It worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples as we each had our own private bedroom. The two couples who have difficulty with stairs took the two main level bedrooms which made it very easy for them as everything we needed and used was on the main level. The house supplied a plethora of board and card games and even a cabinet of jigsaw puzzles. We enjoyed playing games and reading in the screen in three season room as the men golfed. The restaurants were nearby and we even grilled one night on the gas grill. Old Kinderhook is a very well maintained and quiet community. We didn't venture out on the water, but next time we plan to rent a boat and check it out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We plan to come back again possibly later in the fall when it's a bit cooler for golf.

A definite 5 star even with 14 people!

We had our 2nd family vacation. Our 2 kids and their families - kids age 19 down to 3. We all had so much fun!! The large bedroom was perfect for our son’s family of 6! Having the swimming pool right next door was awesome as we spent most days there - the little kids (4 boys 3-11) loved having their older cousins horseplay with them in the pool. The main floor bedrooms were so elegant. The huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom was great for storing our empty bins and boxes or things we just didn’t need every day - it allowed us to keep the living area much neater. Many of us enjoyed playing bags. The view over the golf course was beautiful and we all enjoyed seeing the deer. A couple times a deer came right up by the villa. We really appreciated the welcome basket. That was so sweet - even adding some gluten free items (I had asked about restaurants good for celiacs as 3 of us have it). We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot. The only thing that would have improved it would have been if the fishing dock had been closer. But we took our gold cart so it worked out. And between the dock or the pool - we definitely preferred being next to the pool. A beautiful home!!!

Nice Condo for family setting

We loved the setup of this property with location right next to the pool. We also like that it was a main level with a basement so that kids could play games and ping-pong downstairs and have their own space. The screened in porch was a bonus that we hadn’t expected. Overall the accommodations were perfect for what we needed.

Very nice property

We loved our visit. This was our 2nd family vacation (14 of us, kids/teens 3-19). Loved having the pool right next door. Only disappointment was being charged a cleaning fee for what they said was extra cleaning, some stains on the barstools & couch. We worked so hard cleaning upon leaving. Just be sure to look over everything. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think about looking over the furniture. Otherwise it was a great place.
